It's obvious they take great pride in ensuring every guest has a positive experience, and their attention to detail really stands out. One thing that also impressed me was the location. There are nearby tram and bus services, and easy access to Box Hill's shopping, cafés, restaurants. It seems like an ideal place to stay whether you're travelling for business, visiting family, or simply exploring Melbourne. Based on what I've seen, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quest Mont Albert to anyone looking for quality accommodation with excellent service and a convenient location. Exceptional service from reception, great location and beautiful clean apartment! Helpful and friendly team answered all booking calls promptly, assisted with parking options and accommodated my miniature dachshund to stay too. They provided a free upgrade which was very comfortable and I intend to stay again the next time I visit. We recently stayed at Quest Mont Albert for over two weeks and found it to be an excellent base for our family. We were accommodated in a compact two-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor at the rear of the hotel, which was generally quiet, comfortable, and well suited to our needs. What truly stood out, however, was the quality of the customer service. The team was consistently warm, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout our stay. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness made a real difference and contributed greatly to a positive experience. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
