Quest Flemington Central

Right from time of booking I was impressed with the attentiveness from Quest Flemington. I even received a call a few days before to confirm my arrival time, not a generic email. An actual personal phone call. I was made feel very welcome when I checked in after a long day of travelling. My room had all the lamps on creating a warm environment. My apartment was immaculately clean. And I mean immaculate - I fact I think the bed making ninja had prepared my room! It was pristine - of all my travels all over the world over the years. My bed was made perfectly. I’m not sure why but I ended up in an accessible room which initially annoyed me, but really didn’t matter. The quality of my room far exceeded my expectations. I did go to put my rubbish into the Shute near the elevator- but it said it needed to be in a plastic bag only (but I only had a paper bag. So might need some spare bags in the apartments) but seriously if that’s my only negative feedback - this in my eyes was a perfect stay. And I would stay with you again. Thank you very much. And congratulations on such a great team!

It’s still day one but room is absolutely gorgeous. Staff are so helpful and friendly. They saved my weekend. Next time I come back to Melbourne, this is the place I’ll be staying.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at your establishment. While the location of the property is excellent, my experience was deeply disappointing due to several significant issues. Firstly, I encountered unacceptable behavior from the front reception staff. The receptionist, Nina, treated me with rudeness and a complete lack of respect, which set a very negative tone for my visit. Furthermore, the condition of my room was unsatisfactory. My room was never serviced during my stay and remained in a mess, yet I was never advised of any delays or issues regarding housekeeping. The overall hygiene of the facilities was very poor, and I found the customer service to be non-existent. I believe these issues need to be addressed immediately to ensure future guests do not have the same experience. I look forward to hearing how you intend to resolve this matter.

I forgot to take room photos this time… I love this hotel for how close this is to the Showgrounds. There’s a Woolworths really close by, a tram stop + bus stop right outside. There’s location is incredible. The view of the city is SO GOOD for sunrise. There’s room was clean and has a bed + kitchen + couch with TV, a step up from one bedroom hotel rooms in the CBD. The extra beds that they can wheel in are a little short if you’re a taller man, so I would double check if they can split your bed (instead the extra beds in the living room) when you check in.
