Every time I check in at Quest Epping, I’m greeted by one of three genuinely wonderful people — Kendal, Mind, or Patrick. I’ve stayed here quite a bit for work, and I’ll admit, I actually look forward to seeing them each time. They’re always up for a chat, always welcoming, and each of them has a great personality that makes the place feel a little more like home. If you need anything sorted in your room or have questions about your stay — whether it’s about the hotel itself or what’s around the area — they’re quick to help without hesitation. And then there’s Chris, the manager, who refuses to be left out when we’re mid‑conversation, so he’ll wander over and join in for a yarn too. All in all: great hotel, great amenities, fantastic location, and truly fantastic people. Honestly, where else would you rather book? Cheers to Quest Epping. 😁👌🏽

Had a great stay at Epping Quest. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Excellent value for money and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

I had such a positive experience at Quest Epping, largely thanks to Patrick. His smile is so welcoming and genuine, and his professionalism is outstanding. He’s kind, patient, and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. He truly has the best, most valuable qualities you could want in an employee. A great asset to the team! The location of Quest Epping is perfect, with hospitals, Costco, and public transport including trains and buses all nearby. The shopping centre is downstairs and easy to access. Close to the freeway, making it extremely convenient. Patrick and this location together make staying at Quest Epping a wonderful experience :)
