Quest Caroline Springs

We had a wonderful stay at the Quest. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and welcoming, making our experience truly enjoyable. The room was well presented, and everything we needed was provided for a relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere was lovely, and we appreciated the comfort and convenience of the accommodation. Excellent value for money with everything you need. Large extremely comfortable bed. A beautiful spacious spa to relax in. The hot water system however could not keep spa full of hot water for long periods and there is a fair bit of road noise but otherwise the perfect place to stay. Also has very secure car parking. Walking distance to supermarket.

We had a wonderful stay at Quest Caroline Springs. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the hotel was lovely and quiet. The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants and everything we needed within easy walking distance. We also felt very safe during our stay, with key-card access required to enter the different areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently stayed at Quest for 3.5 months after being placed there through my insurance while repairs were being completed on my home. What could have been a very stressful experience was made so much easier thanks to the incredible team at Quest. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we left. I would especially like to thank Akash, Amy and Karn, who consistently went above and beyond to make my 7 year old daughter and me feel so welcome. They always took the time to stop for a chat whenever they saw us, and those small acts of kindness made such a big difference during our stay. I also want to thank the housekeeping team, who were always so lovely, friendly and professional. They were always warm and accommodating, and their hard work never went unnoticed. Today we checked out and returned home, and we were genuinely sad to leave both the wonderful staff and the apartment itself. After spending 3.5 months there, it had really started to feel like home. It was so refreshing to receive such genuine care and outstanding service during what was a difficult time for our family. Every member of the team made us feel valued, and I truly can’t speak highly enough of our experience. Thank you all for making a challenging situation so much easier. We will always be grateful.
