Quest Bundoora

Great stay 4 night stay at Quest Bundoora. Beds are super comfy, we both slept better than we do at home. Secure parking and easy to find. Good food and coffee options nearby too. Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, we’re staying to visit family locally and we will be back.

Quest Bundoora has been consistently excellent across my stay and the manager has been a blessing in disguise to me and my current situation. I especially want to thank the entire team in general for looking after me through some trying times. The staff are caring, attentive and genuinely kind. They listen to what you need, make time for a chat and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The service never feels purely transactional, you are treated with patience, respect and genuine human warmth. The property is always clean and well maintained. Whenever the DND sign isn’t up, housekeeping takes exceptional care of the room and somehow makes it feel brand new again each day. The rooms are comfortable, practical and consistently presented to a high standard. It is rare to find accommodation where both the facilities and the people are this dependable and respectful. I’m genuinely grateful to everyone at Quest Bundoora and would recommend them without hesitation. Five stars for the rooms, the service and, above all, the wonderful people.

Great quality service and rooms. Everything you could want for breakfast available at front reception - you just take it back to your room and cook it how you like. Really friendly staff. Let me leave my bag with reception until my afternoon flight.

Fantastic find after being let down by another hotel. Added bonus free laundry. Rooms spotless and staff lovely. Lots of nice walks locally too. Picture from trial walk this morning. Highly recommend Quest Bundoora.
