Fantastic location and friendly staff - a proper home away from home. Our room 1406 had a lovely view east over St Kilda Road with loads of space and amenities. My only suggestion for the room is there are some scuffs on doors and walls that could use some patching and painting. But otherwise everything was kept super tidy and clean and we’d happily stay here again.
Loved it! Exceptional service! We have stayed here several times, it is our go to place in Melbourne. As a gold Accor Member you got early/late check-out, bottle of wine and chocolates at Easter! Breakfast was awesome 💯 Location is 10/10 , service is 11/10.
Was really looked after by staff in every area. Buffet was delicious and staff very professional, polite and accommodating, especially James, what a great man, he went above and beyond to help with all things and even to take the time to share conversation with us. I especially appreciate kindness when spending money but this man made you feel like you're a friend. All the staff were polite and lovely and kept the room topped up with towels and supplies, made the sofa bed and even the gift for my brothers birthday. We were very impressed and grateful. All of this excellent service really did help it to make it a special weekend. There's nothing worse than spending hard earned money to have a rest or to create a special time for someone and then have rude lazy service provided BUT you guys EXCELLED so hats off to you and keep up the great attitude and work! We will certainly stay again in future. Can't speak highly enough and again, 7 out of 5 stars goes to James. 💖🙏🥰
I stayed with several friends to celebrate my birthday in Melbourne. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special. The suite and facilities were exceptional in comfort and cleanliness. From the moment we stepped up to the curb to the moment we left, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food options available. The location is fabulous and within easy walking distance to many entertainment and dining hubs. The view from our room was second to none. I will definitely be booking a stay here again!
Great location and service. Good size suite with pretty much all you need. Very friendly staff and great location. We were there for AO tennis , from the hotel to the water taxi is very easy to get to. The suits were big and bright, there are washing/drying machine and dishwasher which made the stay easy . The cleaning crew and the room service staff were very friendly which made our stay more comfortable. Maybe the room can be cleaner, the toilet seat is not soft closing and there were stain marks which we were quite surprised with a 5 star hotel…. Also, you do get noise quite a lot because of its location, It can be quite noise at times. The balcony doors aren’t quite soundproof enough….we thought maybe we didn’t close the doors properly but it wasn’t the case.
