The recently renovated room was lovely and very well priced. I only met one staff member but he was incredibly nice and went out of his way to make us feel very welcome. Overall a great experience and I hope to return soon.

Very antiquated hotel. Dents everywhere including walls and fridge. Small tv. Shower head was small. Toilet falling apart. Sink cracked. Ceiling paint flaking off. Under the bedside table was filthy. The stairs and carpark were creepy. Filthy everything. Even the max height for the carpark looks like wood from the mid west and ancient. Idk how it's "a boutique 4 star hotel" (from their website). Their male receptionist was friendly but their Asian female one... Rude. I booked a 12:00 late check-out but she kicked me out my room at 10:30. Also as a side note. There's a big area in the middle of the rooms... I havent seen anyone using it during my two days there. Is anyone using it??

The man at reception was very polite and helpful at check in. I was surprised to hear that there is no lift, so it was a good thing I was able to climb the four flights of stairs to my room. The undercover parking was handy, but the signs warning of not 'leaving valueables' was off putting. Walking through the massive and now permanently closed function rooms to get to my room was unnerving. The bathroom was clean and modern, but the rest of the room was very dirty. Also, the only kitchen equipment was a fridge, a kettle, two cups, one water glass and one teaspoon. So I had to go out and buy a bowl, a knife and fork so that I could have breakfast the next morning. By the morning I needed to extend my stay by one night due to circumstances beyond my control. The reception staff, a different man from the day before, was SO very rude that I found accommodation elsewhere - closer to where I needed to be, clean and with the normal expectations of kitchen paraphernalia. I do not recommend 'Quality' Hotel Manor

Recently had a family stay for few days at this hotel. We had a very pleasing experience , the hotel rooms are spacious and well facilitated. The lady at reception was so polite and she went out of her way to help us with warm clothes as we did not pack warm clothes because it was summer when the weather changed suddenly . She was very polite and even assisted with our rooms being cleaned every time we left out. No shady people and overnight staff available for security. Had great eaperience , highly recommend!
