Its a great spot with super nice shops and cafes a few metres away. Super close to airport. Very quiet and spacious rooms with lovely amenities. All staff were lovely. 2nd time we’ve stayed there and will keep returning

I used to go to the Taylor's Lakes hotel for years, never again. What a disgrace of a person is the day manager (Ben) is. Kicking people out just for having fun in the sports bar. All these guys were doing was having a laugh and cheering there horses they bet home as you do at every sports bar. So I would like to ask the General manager at the Taylor's Lakes hotel when patrons are watching the footy and there teams score your not aload to cheer. A lot of people were disgusted with the way the Manager treated these people. I asked the girls behind the bar what happened and if these blokes were rude to them, even the girls behind the bar said that they didn't do anything wrong, and no they are never rude they are a funny bunch. I thought I had seen it all until Saturday afternoon. Not a good look Taylor's Lakes hotel. About 30 of us were coming down for the grand final, we can forget coming there, we want to go to a place and have fun and cheer. If anyone wants to go to a place where there's a great atmosphere and you can have fun. Go to the kealba hotel, Watergardens hotel, BUT STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM THE TAYLOR'S LAKES HOTEL.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a lovely stay at Taylors Lakes Hotel! The accommodation was fantastic — our room was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. A special mention has to go to Chloe at reception, who was hands down amazing! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was so incredibly sweet, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Her customer service really made our stay that much more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Taylors Lakes Hotel to anyone looking for a lovely, comfortable stay with amazing service! 💕

I booked dinner for 3 friends. We had the best meal, all 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our fish, roast and pizza along with fantastic desserts. Staff were lovely and so efficient. We will definitely book again.

The food was perfect, as always. We recently held a surprise birthday celebration for two family members, and the staff did a fantastic job helping us keep it a surprise right up until we were shown to our table. Despite having a group of 27 people, every meal arrived within minutes of each other, so we were all able to enjoy our meals together. The quality of the food was outstanding, as we’ve come to expect from JBJ. A special mention to the Bistro ordering system—it made everything so much easier than trying to split the bill at the end. Thank you to the entire team for another fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!
