Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport

Very convenient location to the airport and provides a shuttle service, if needed. Gated parking was appreciated. Room was a decent size with a large tv and comfy bed.

The hotel is located near the airport, making it an excellent choice for an overnight stay before an early morning flight the next day. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport. We were also able to park our car in the hotel lot for $12 a day—a reasonable rate that proved very convenient for us. The only downside was that our room was right next to a stairwell; in the middle of the night, a group of people stood outside smoking and chatting for over an hour—a highly inconsiderate thing to do toward other guests.

Best place to stay and amazing first contact with Carol over the phone, impecable customer service! Call and ask for her she makes the process very simple and easy and I was a last minute booking :) thank you again Carol! *****Quality of the room was amazing, surprised me for the cost. I placed a request with Carol for a ground floor room due to my heavy luggage and she was super friendly and accommodating to the request. The room was close to the reception and very secure. ******Free return shuttle bus from the airport, save your money from taxis and ride share service, just call once youve gathered your luggage and walah youre all sorted. The staff gave clear directions on where I needed to go for pick up. *****Hotel was super close to the airport and I was able to arrange shuttle bus drop off to the airport for the next morning with ease! Definitely the only place ill be staying for short stopovers in Melbourne!!!

I stayed just one night at the Hotel. The room was perfect as advertised. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The shuttle to and from the airport complimentary was hassle free. I had dinner at BK's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meal was superb and portions were large. The food was way better than normal hotel restaurant food. It was exceptional value too. I'll be staying again!
