Sweet little getaway hotel very close to the city and Brunswick area. Coffee was amazing and so was breakfast in bed. Staff were lovely and the bed was cozy and fresh. Parking was abit tricky. I suggest using PTV. Thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful stay for a conference. Lovely check-in staff, friendly wait staff and delicious breakfast. The rooms are recently renovated and are very modern. Ideal location and a very trendy vibe. Will be staying again!

🛌 🌟 What a gem of a find in a city of big hotel chains. It’s the attention to the small details and the exceptional customer service that make all the different. The rooms are certainly different but very well presented with the random and obscure details the nice finishing touch. IGA and a world of amazing food choices close by. The breakfast selections were great and a little bit off the normal without trying too hard. Highly recommend staying at Zagames and experiencing Lygon street instead of a big hotel chain in the City.

Only good things to say about this hotel. Rooms are beautifully and immaculate. Breakfast and coffee was right at the standard you want. While did not experience the dinner menu their drinks, cheese and deli are excellent. Service throughout was excellent from food and beverage to front of House. This hotel would be an easy choice when travelling to Melbourne and its location really helps it. Special thanks to Dion, Fiona and the rest of the front of House team for their time and hospitality.

This is probably one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in by the way everything is arranged and designed. I spent a week here while attending a conference, and from the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The hotel is small enough to have a warm, welcoming atmosphere, which makes it feel very personal and relaxing and is situated in a great area. The rooms are beautifully designed, the beds are very comfortable, and the service is outstanding. I also appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water provided every day. The breakfast was an absolute highlight. Instead of a buffet, you are served a freshly prepared dish every morning, which I absolutely loved. Everything was delicious and of excellent quality. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would be delighted to come back!
