Very disappointed with the way this hotel handled the security deposit. I was advised that the deposit would be refunded after check-out (11 June) , and there were no damages or outstanding charges on my account. Despite this, it took nearly a month for the deposit to be released back to me, when I called on (01/07) Only when I actually called the hotel did they release the deposit, no apologies whatsoever. It is completely unreasonable for a deposit to not be returned when there are no outstanding charges AND require the guest to call and request it back. How difficult is it to get the basics right?

Fantastic stay! The apartment was cosy, clean and well-equipped, with a nice balcony, gym access, secure parking and plenty of dining options right on the doorstep. The location in South Yarra is excellent. What really stood out was the customer service. I was arriving after reception had closed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, quickly organising my late check-in details. During the call, they also helped arrange secure parking for me. As I was travelling for work with valuable equipment in my vehicle, that peace of mind meant a lot and saved me a major headache. Great value for money and genuinely outstanding service. Highly recommended.

A big shout out to Uzie for always been so polite and welcoming. Also Charlotte, Dylan, Jordan and Josie have made our 10 weeks stay super comfortable and enjoyable. We are very happy with our stay. Their professionalism was impaccable and respectful always. Thank you to all of you!!
