I was heading west to meet some people the next day early. Found PHA Nth Essendon and found a gem. Close to the airport. Restaurants of many choices nearby and amazingly well appointed clean apartment. Scott was fantastic on arrival and I had a motorcycle to garage and he found me a spot when everything else was booked. So appreciated. If I was travelling to the airport - perfect place to stay the night before and very reasonable rates. Thank you
Great customer service. Attentive and personal. Close to airport for an overnight stay with plenty of options for dinner and breakfast nearby.
I was greeted by Scott who was friendly and happy to help with all my questions when checking in. Luke's hospitality really stood out with his service, accomodating nature and assisting me with so many things. Punthill was a lovely place to stay and a great location to everything. Food, transport and my work. Well done team! Keep up with the awesome service! 😊
I stayed here for a week and had a great experience overall! The location is fantastic with plenty of food options nearby. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a really good vibe. Parking-wise, you can either park on the street or at nearby spots. The street parking usually has 1 to 2 hours free during the day, but from 5 PM to 10 AM it's free. If you're unsure, just ask the staff they’re super helpful! I met Luke during my check jn, and he was amazing. If you happen to see this, Luke, thanks again for all your help!
Great accommodation option with good sized rooms and all the extra amenities. Perfect location with this site sitting on a main tram route. The bathroom floors are a bit odd as they hold water which was not ideal, tiling needs to be reviewed. Also a bit challenging to know when your rooms are serviced. They get done but I couldn't determine the frequency. Very expensive late check out options, our only discouraging point to mention.
