I stayed for 1 night on Sunday 11th October to be close to airport for an early flight. When I attempted to have shower there was no hot water, I left both shower & sink tap running for over 5 minutes. Upon checking out at reception I mentioned this issue, I was asked how long did I run gone hot water which I replied over 5 minutes, all I received was a shrug of shoulders. I requested the invoice to be sent to my email on file, still waiting for said invoice. I’m sure there are much cheaper hotels close to airport with hot water & better customer service.
Although a little pricey, the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The convenience of the location was perfect to ensure flight connection. Very much you typical amenities and services.
For me the pillows were a little soft and there was no apparent way of getting different pillows
Stayed here on my way to and from Alice Springs. Rooms are wonderful comfortable and the amedides are well thought out. We also had the buffet breakfast and it was well worth the price . The service staff across the whole property where great but l would especially like to mention Poppy who was serving us in the restaurant she was happy and friendly and made our morning dinning experience just that much better
I used the day room to wait for my pick up, and overall it was magnificent! It is directly connected from the airport which is so convenient, the atmosphere in the lobby were luxury but it took longer than it should to check in. My room was great with a nice bed, couch, and a shower room. Very clean and pleasant. I have then took a shower and the water pressure was not as strong as I hoped, it might just have been my room. I then used the gym, it was fine but could be better. Not many gym equipments, could remove few treadmills and add machines.
Overall very happy with the stay and the excellent location
Exceptional customer service from start to finish highly recommend no stress of traffic in the morning before a flight and the recent refurb of the rooms and restaurant is fantastic. We ate at the restaurant and was a lovely way to start our vacation before flying. ( kids/toddler loved it too could watch all the take off and landing from the room).
