Park Avenue - Ikon Glen Waverley

Had a great stay at Carnegie accommodation for 5 nights and it was really great! The location was perfect, with 3 different supermarkets in less than 3 mins and lots of food options available in the area especially Asian food. Carnegie station was just 1-2 mins walk from the apartment too, very convenient! The accommodation was pretty spacious for the 2 of us as well.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park Avenue Accommodation. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops and amenities. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! 😊

This is 3rd year staying here. Location and room amenities are great. Rooms are spacious The only downfall is the shower pressure is very weak and there is no fan in the bathroom so it can get very stuffy in there

Stayed six nights. The location is excellent, right on top of Glen Waverley station with everything at your doorstep. The downside is noise and light. Even on the 12th floor we could hear trains (especially the horn), and the blinds don’t block out much light at night. The apartment is well set up for a family (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, small dishwasher, comfortable lounge, decent TV with free-to-air). However, there were several issues on arrival: toilet seat fell off, one shower door wouldn’t open, and a towel rail came loose. To their credit, Park Avenue responded quickly and fixed things over the Easter long weekend, and even left a bottle of red wine. The biggest letdowns were the beds and showers. Beds were quite springy and uncomfortable, and the showers had poor pressure with no shelving for toiletries. We were also short a bathmat initially and never received face washers. This is corporate-style accommodation, not a 24/7 hotel, so key collection/return is a bit fiddly. Overall, a convenient stay, but comfort (beds and showers) missed the mark for us.
