The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Cleanliness is well below acceptable standards, and the front desk staff are rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to accommodate even simple requests. They lack basic customer service skills and do not even offer guests a simple greeting. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
Parking trap. Be careful with the parking, there is 1 hour parking in front of the hotel but no standing between 4-6.30 pm. It is one of those signs that you need a bachelor to read. People are getting fined galore. The hotel should advise of this given that is right in front of their door and everyone is parking there because it looks like a 1 hour parking sign.
Yet another return to out great little South Yarra accommodation. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good shower, great location, very good value for money. What more can you ask for?
The cleanliness of the rooms didn’t live up to the expectations held by us based on the price paid for a one night stay. Rooms can do with a major upgrade and deep cleaning, floors were sticky and worn, looks like there may have been a flood as all corners were damaged and swollen. Couch was dirty and Hair and crumbs left in the kitchen, bathroom was dirty with grout falling out in the shower and some sections mouldy. Bed and bedding very uncomfortable. The whole place needs an overhaul The bonus of this place was the location is great, walking distance to bars and restaurants and very central to South Yarra and staff were very helpful. Although the location was great for us, we will not be staying again.
Service was excellent. Everyone was so kind. The room was decent. The balcony seemed a little dangerous (tiles were moving), Windows needed a clean from the outside (coated in dust so ruined the view (just kept the blinds down the whole time) and the shower had some mould. Aside from that neat little room.
