I would like to give a special mention to Alexandria Ecaro for her excellent customer service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. The location is fantastic—so convenient and close to everything, especially DFO, the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, restaurants, and the city. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with great amenities and beautiful city views. Our room was spacious and well maintained, which made the stay even more relaxing.
