Great place in a great location. Usually we stay by the river but decided to mix it up this time and we were not disappointed. Quiet, clean, and super friendly staff. Will consider this place on our next Melbourne stay.

The staff were friendly from arrival to departure. The hotel offered a pleasant environment. A comfortable property with clean rooms. The overall service was satisfactory and welcoming.

The Deluxe King room was very comfortable and well worth the extra money. Great seating options, a large TV, and the bathroom and shower were excellent. Just be aware that the toilet layout is a little open, which might not suit everyone. A couple of minor areas for improvement around the mini bar: it only had full-sugar soft drinks, and the beer selection was limited to a single Furphy. Having a few more options there would be a great touch. Overall, great location, brilliant customer service, and a huge plus that it's part of the ALL Accor group. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Melbourne Central and would happily stay here again. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with spacious rooms and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to many of Melbourne's attractions, restaurants, cafés, shopping areas, and public transport. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Check in and check out were smooth, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay. The rooms were quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was impeccably maintained. Overall, Novotel Melbourne Central exceeded our expectations and played a big part in making our Melbourne holiday so enjoyable. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

2nd trip to Novotel Melbourne Central and I have to say it’s my new favourite location to stay when in Melbourne. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. Haven’t used the restaurant or room service yet but plan to next time. Staff and fantastic, polite, happy and helpful. Onsite valet parking is great and hard to come by. Great location for what we like to do. Short walk to Melbourne Central for all your shopping needs and multiple food outlets. Tram is right there if you need to go somewhere else and stops right out the front of my favourite Christmas shop on the edge of Queen Victoria Markets.
