We had a wonderful day at the Meriton Suites Melbourne.
We stayed in a one bedroom suite on the 29th floor which had a great city view. It was very modern with a very comfortable bed, laundry machines, small kitchen and modern bathroom. The staff at this hotel were always super friendly and willing to help and we found their service to be first class at all times. Parking was available at a nearby parking station for $40 a night, which was a bit expensive but convenient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were to return to Melbourne.
I had a wonderful stay at Meriton Suites Melbourne. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Melbourne and access restaurants, shops, and public transport.
What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. The staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any request, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, this is a fantastic serviced apartment, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne. I would definitely stay here again.
This place is excellent. The greeting on arrival and every time we passed through the foyer...so friendly.
The apartment - pretty much spotless. Someone should fire whoever thought a 5mm gap where the shower screen is was a good idea though.
Kitchen - nicely equipped.

Absolutely amazing stay! The rooms were beautiful and the view was incredible, definitely a highlight. The pool area was also amazing and made the whole experience feel really relaxing and luxurious.
The service from staff was outstanding, always friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Steven for going above and beyond to make our stay even better.

Pros: Fast elevators and a clean swimming pool.
Cons: The housekeeping standards were far below expectations. We were informed that rooms are cleaned only once every three days. Even when cleaning was provided, the bed sheets and pillowcases were not replaced. The room was extremely dusty — window sills and curtains were covered in dust, and opening the window caused dust to blow into the room. I was coughing at night and unable to sleep properly. This also raises concerns about whether the air conditioning system is regularly cleaned and maintained. The floor had clearly not been vacuumed.
For the rate charged, basic cleanliness should not be an issue. I strongly encourage management to review and improve their housekeeping standards. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I would not choose to return.
