The morning tea of fresh scones , cream, jam and crispy ham n cheese croissants with hot beverages and juice was a great pick up.
The delicious lunch , with salads, pasta, baguettes, sandwiches, pies, cake and fruit was ample and the cafe area was lovely.

Rooms are modern, clean and feel new. The pool is just as nice as in the promo pics - only it’s actually not that warm (it’s okay when you’re in but it’s def on the cooler side). The heating/cooling system in the room we booked didn’t work very well which meant a midnight visit to reception for help which they swiftly assisted with. Customer service was good. Having reception / check in on the 3rd floor is awkward and strange. Also felt uncomfortable having to walk with luggage to the room or back from the pool through the main bar and restaurant area - the layout of the hotel is awkward at best. Restaurant dinner was surprisingly good.
I stayed here for my bday and was a bit disappointed. When I asked for some cutlery for my bday cake I had to go get it myself, the heated pool was cold, the room had no ammenities so you couldn’t even make toast or boil water and to top it off the bond doesn’t go straight back into your account so now I’m broke for the rest of the week. The best part was the breakfast
I went there for breakfast, and I was really impressed. There was a great variety of food, and everything was fresh, warm, and delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
Chef Zain prepared a delicious omelet for my son, which he absolutely loved. Ruby kindly helped us get the internet working on my son's tablet, which we really appreciated. Katie and Karin at the bar made us wonderful hot chocolate and coffee and served us with genuine warmth and kindness.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We will definitely be coming back again to start another pleasant day there. Highly recommended!
The hotel is new and the rooms are clean, which I enjoyed overall. However, the shower water temperature consistently drops cold after a short period of hot water—this happened in both my original room and the replacement room I was moved to after reporting the issue.
I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out, and they said the maintenance team would look into it and get back to me. It’s been two days now, and I haven’t heard from anyone at the hotel.
This made my stay less comfortable than expected, and I hope the hotel can fix this issue quickly and acknowledge the inconvenience I faced.
