Lisa went above and beyond in every possible way. She was unbelievably kind, attentive, and accommodating, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. It’s rare to encounter someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome, and her hospitality truly elevates Melrose Apartments into something special. The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. It felt like a home away from home, with everything I could possibly need. The location is also fantastic, offering easy access to Melbourne while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. The apartment was absolutely perfect. It was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Lisa, was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Also, the tram that connects to the CBD is just 2 minutes away. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a flawless experience! Multumim din nou!

The studio apartment was clean and comfortable, in a peaceful residential area but handy to trams, trains, and freeway to airport. Free street parking worked well, as did the facilities in the room. Lisa at reception was very engaging and helpful during my 10 night stay, and put me in a quiet room as I was working. Well recommended.

From check in to departure the experience was 5+ stars. The apartment was elegant, had everything we needed, the bed / pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was a good size with a double shower with a central shower head. The water pressure was great. Having the balcony allowing in some fresh air was a bonus. Hallways and entry were also clean & thoughtfully decorated to match the elegance of the apartment. An added bonus for us was the tram stop at Melrose (Mtrs away) took us straight to Little Bourke where we were booked in for the Titanic VR experience, so the location was perfect too. We would definitely stay here again!
