Great location in Fitzroy; Seamless booking and easy check-in, able to leave luggage until room ready. Rooms comfy with rustic charm, good-size living space, TV, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sporadic wi-fi, some leftover basic staples in cupboard which we passed on for next guest to enjoy. Beds clean and comfy, warm doona, aircon excellent. Fantastic showers and water pressure, luxury of Melbourne soft water… Restaurant unfortunately closed during our stay. Overall, more than adequate for our grand final stay, we will certainly book again if our team makes it next year!

The rooms are a little outdated, but they were clean, comfortable, reasonably equipped, and large. The front counter staff were very helpful and friendly. The location initially felt a bit isolated (which I think is because I wasn't feeling overly well), but after going for a bit of exploration, I found plenty of decent places to eat and drink, as well as a couple of convenience stores. Considering it was AFL GF weekend, the location was exceptionally quiet from internal and external noise. All in all, a great Hotel I will happily stay at again.

Located very close to St Vincent Private Hospital, priced well and rooms comfortable. Staff very friendly and private undercover parking was a great incentive to stay. Rooms could be updated as our studio one was quite tired looking. There was no couch, only 2 chairs at the table which made it uncomfortable to watch TV for very long. TV was very small for the large wall but couldn’t be watched whilst in bed as it’s on the wrong wall. Movie selection was great. Dining table too far away from TV for remote to work, had to get closer to change channel. Double bed was comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were good. Shower pressure was great except if on too fast it flooded underneath the shower door. Overall a good experience staying there, would stay again if needed.

Stayed here in June 2026. Hotel is large and motel style but a little tired and old. Rooms the same, thick walls so it was fairly quiet at night. A comfortable enough nights stay no major issues. Location is fantastic and secure underground parking a huge bonus. I think it's good value overall for what it is however the location and parking does most of the heavy lifting. Service was friendly at check in/out - there's not much in the way of amenities. On parking: you need to check in first before accessing the car park, there's a waiting bay up near the front which I didn't see at first. Car park is very spacious however has some tandem spots. I'd stay here again in Fitzroy. Hotel uses an AI agent for reception phone calls. The information it gave me was accurate, but I think it's important to note it's use
