Mantra On Russell Melbourne

I would stay here again. Reasonably priced, excellent location and parking located next door with a section just for hotel guests. The rooms were clean, spacious and seemed recently updated. Beds and pillows were comfy. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful when I needed them. I have reduced one star though because the window in my room was not sealed properly and a lot of street noise came through. I was not able to sleep. The windows need to be upgraded or fixed - I could feel a breeze coming through.

WOW, The staff at front desk were exceptional. It was my birthday. Our room got upgraded, came back from shopping to find a bottle of champagne waiting in our room, on the bench. Our room was beautiful and we felt like royalty. Thankyou to everyone working at the Mantra on Russell, you made our stay fantastic, we'll see you soon

Great convenient location Comfy beds, clean rooms, Top notch service, luggage storage if needed. We had a noisy neighbour renovating and they happily moved us rooms no hesitation at all , which was also an upgrade .We keep coming back because its a clean welcoming place to stay in the cbd and who doesnt love a spa and good nights sleep. We had a wonderful stay at Manta Hotel. The rooms, location, and overall experience were excellent, and the staff were friendly. The only disappointment was breakfast. When we arrived, there were no eggs, bacon, or mushrooms available. We had to ask staff for each item individually, and while they were eventually provided after a short wait, it was disappointing that these items were not replenished proactively. A little more attentiveness from the breakfast staff would have made the experience perfect. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
