Lanbruk Richmond Hill

Safe clean and comfortable bed. Right next to the Epworth Hospital. Lots of food options close by and the cafe down stairs was a great surprise.

I live in country NSW and had to travel to Melbourne to have a medical procedure at the Epworth Richmond Hospital. The Lanbruk is next door to the hospital which makes it very convenient. The accommodation is great, clean and value for money. The eateries and pubs on Bridge Road are fantastic.

Well we drove 6 hrs from Mildura to be next to hospital for back surgery appointment It took an hour 4pm to 5pm from time of arrival to get room number 201 then we weren't aloud to go up to room as they had to clean it 20 Min we were told 3/4 of an hr later yes we may go up!! Turned on Ac to warm up nothing! Rang and finally got an email that I could send photos or Ac display!! Got numerous emails which dragged out till 8 pm!! Bloody cold I'd say 8 deg in room or less cold concrete!! Finally get email in morning to say oh your checking out today we'll fix it later!! We asked for a late check out 11 am room still that cold we left at 8am. Room was OK bed very soft not great for back issues. This was a trial for somewhere for my partner when I have the surgery to stay!!! Not real impressed the receptionist couldn't type for the long nails which was part of the reason that it took an hr to check!!! Slow slow slow Now 2 weeks later we got offered $ 12 refund which was a joke so told them so finally they uped the insult to $ 50 dollars ish. Still haven't received anything further emails nothing bloody disgusted never again!!!!

Great place overall , very nice fit out and great location if you need a close stay to one of the entertainment areas. Pub across the road is good too. Air con didn’t seem to work Road noise was loud - consider taking ear plugs in case.
