I recently visited Kimberley Gardens Hotel and I have to say that my experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The level of customer service here is just exceptional. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely seem to care about providing a great experience for everyone. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Outstanding job, highly recommended to everyone in Melbourne!

Definitely NOT a hotel. It’s a function centre. We paid extra as wanted a pool but wasn’t worth it. Paid extra to have the king size bed but wasn’t worth it two singles pushed together so quite uncomfortable. We should have fug deeper regarding location but nearest cafe was 15 minute walk so reliant on taxis to go anywhere. Again, NOT a hotel by any means.
Very lovely and warm family environment. Great location rooms are spotless and comfortable. Location is fabulous and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
