Imagine Lighthouse

Just stayed for 2 night with my 3 children. Level 20 still offered a great view. Beds and pilllows were amazing. Cant fault the hotel at all. We loved the pool. We will stay here again. Next time treating ourselves to a room up the top.

5/5 Stars — Without a doubt the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in Melbourne. From the moment I arrived, Renson welcomed me with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care — he made check-in seamless, gave great local tips, and made me feel right at home instantly. His attention to detail and friendly attitude set the tone for the whole stay. Tonya was equally outstanding — always going above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble. She was incredibly attentive, helpful, and had such a lovely, positive energy every time I spoke with her. She truly made my stay comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself — Imagine Lighthouse — is beautiful, modern, clean, and perfectly located. But it’s the staff that makes it truly special, and Renson and Tonya are absolute gems. Their outstanding service is exactly what sets this hotel apart from every other. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough — and a huge thank you to Renson and Tonya for their incredible hospitality! Will 100% be back. 🙏

Room was really good, although the walls are thin and you can hear everything in the hallways and occasionally neighbouring rooms. Also there were issues with booking through Booking.com, as when we asked for a 5 person bedroom we were told it would only come with 2 beds. Once arriving, staff were super helpful and gave us a room on the 68th floor with a good view. Pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub were all highlights. Bjt pricey but worth it

From the moment we arrived, we experienced truly exceptional customer service. We would like to give our highest commendation to the two wonderful reception staff, Amy and Shulekha. They welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine kindness, and the level of professionalism they demonstrated was simply outstanding. Our official check-in time was 2:00 pm, but we had arrived in Melbourne from Perth on an early morning flight at around 6:00 am. We were exhausted after our journey and were struggling to find somewhere to rest while waiting for check-in. Seeing how tired we were, Amy and Shulekha immediately showed empathy and went above and beyond to help us. As a room was available on the top floor (Room 6910), they arranged an early check-in for us straight away. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel as though we had found heaven on earth after such a long and tiring trip. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding customer service they provided. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication deserve to be recognised. Employees like Amy and Shulekha are a tremendous asset to your business, and we sincerely believe they deserve acknowledgment and appropriate recognition for their exceptional work.
