Thank you Tim for making my booking so easy. I would highly recommend this accommodation. The room was lovely and clean, the pool was great. The staff were so friendly from the time we arrived. The secure parking was a great bonus.

What a great experience stay at lumina. This is the second time i stay at lumina and will always come back everytime i come to melbourne. At first i got the smaller room then Mr Nikos help me arrange the bigger room for me and my family. The room was spacious and the view was breathtaking. Even after i move to 1 bedroom, i also got the great room. Thank you so much Mr Nikos for your services. And Mr Timothy also. You all very helpfull and so nice. Hope we can meet again when i come back to melbourne

Lumina suites is amazing. Beautiful apartments and amazing customer service. I have never had a bad experience here. They also offer complimentary late check out of 12pm and look after returning regular guests. The only downside is the location which is in West Melbourne and not really located near much. Other than that I love this place and highly recommend! Comfy beds and nice clean apartments too which are a decent size. They are also always willing to help with any requests you may have.

Reception are wonderful people, though need to work on their communication skills. However, lack of communication with parking lot, lack of signage and very small parks for large vehicles is extremely frustrating. The hallways smell like vomit that has not been cleaned properly. I hope their body corporate sees this and replaces all carpets. Each floor has no signage to which side the rooms are. The lifts are not much better. The views for premium are below average. The shower is like an emotional teenager hot cold and no inbetween. I will certainly not be staying there ever again!! I normally take photos for google reviews, no not this place.
