Do not stay here. Rooms are filthy with what seemed to be blood stains on the carpet. Got changed to another room and it had a chemical smell like bleach/cleaning products that was unbearable. Then went to a third room and found pubic hair in the sheets. Cancelled my reservation and stayed at another hotel. Don’t come here.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. During our 9-night stay, our room was not cleaned even once, despite requesting housekeeping. We were even asked to take our own rubbish to a bin on the street, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. At checkout, there was a $16 discrepancy on our invoice. Although we had already paid almost the entire amount, the staff were impatient, made us wait outside while they sorted it out, and ultimately insisted we pay the extra $16 without providing a satisfactory explanation. The way this was handled was unprofessional and disrespectful. The breakfast was also very poor. Items such as juice and milk were not replenished for several days, so we often had to skip breakfast altogether. The only positive aspect was the location. Apart from that, the service, housekeeping, breakfast, and overall professionalism of the staff were well below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
The hotel is not as bad as the reviews make it out to be; Cons: deposit fee took longer to get back to me than expected Thin walls so can hear almost everything Was asked to take out rubbish in my room myself Felt an unsafe hotel which anyone can walk in Pros: clean comfy bed with private bathroom Free milk, coffee, tea Location was great! AC & fan -Expensive for what it was considering oaks hotel is down the road for same price yet much more luxurious
Room looked nothing like the pics. Had a shared bathroom/toilet, no toilet paper the whole time. Yes I asked. Wasn't shown or told where the bar and breakfast buffet were. No extra blankets in room.
I honestly don't know where to begin, but if I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. I checked into [Hotel Name] for a one-night stay, and it was the worst experience of my life. Cleanliness: Upon entering the room, the smell of mildew and stale smoke was overwhelming. There were visible stains on the carpet and what looked like mold in the corners of the bathroom. I found hair on the pillows, and the sheets had yellow marks on them. I was too disgusted to even take off my shoes. Safety & Amenities: The door to our room didn’t feel secure, and the lock was broken. There was a gap between the door and the frame. The "safe" area promised on the website was nonexistent. The TV didn’t work, and the "complimentary" toiletries were just empty bottles. Service: The staff was incredibly hostile. When I went to the front desk to report the filthy room, the person didn't even look up from their phone and told me they had "no more rooms" and "no cleaners" available. They were rude and dismissive, showing absolutely no empathy or concern for the health and safety of their guests. Overall: This place is a dangerous, filthy dump. It felt more like a prison than a hotel. Please, do not trust the photos online. I felt unsafe and grossed out the entire time and ended up leaving at 3 AM to find a real hotel. STAY AWAY!. Room Tip: Avoid this hotel. It's better to pay an extra 30–50 and choose another one.
