Staff were consistently pleasant and polite, check-in had a small hiccup by the hotel about what was included in my rate, but it was sorted, and checkout was seamless. Parking and Wi-Fi were excellent. The room was quiet, but late at night I stepped on a large staple lodged in the carpet and noticed some staining. Otherwise very clean. For early starts, the cafe doesn’t open until 7 am, though they did provide a breakfast box. So overall, convenient stay with great basics and courteous staff.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Werribee for 4 nights while travelling for work and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in, and I loved how dark the room could get at night, making it easy to get a great night's sleep after a long day. The shower pressure was excellent, which is always appreciated when you're away from home. One of my favourite features was the ability to cast directly from my phone to the TV. Such a simple addition, but it made my stay much more enjoyable. The gym was also a huge bonus and well-equipped for keeping up with workouts while travelling. The location is convenient, with easy access to everything you need, and the check-in staff were friendly and welcoming. The only area I think could be improved is the restaurant and room service menu. While the food was good, a larger menu with more variety would make longer stays even better. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return the next time I'm in Werribee.

On my recent visit I found from entering the hotel, the staff are really friendly, most helpful and made me feel welcomed. My room was absolutely beautiful and the views that I had was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. If there was one suggestion could/would there be a provision for a microwave? Being able to heat up a heat pack would be truly great. I use a heat pack regularly for an injury that I have. The breakfast here was absolutely delicious and the selection that was on offer was truly the best. Sitting down with a beautiful breakfast and with the amazing views truly was great start to the day. The location was also great with being in close walking distance to cafe's, supermarkets and shops I wouldn't hesitate staying here again and would definately recommend to my family and friends to stay here. I look forward to staying here again. Keep up the great work guys 😀

We have family in Wrest of Melbourne and found the Holiday Inn to be a great base camp. With Werribee next to it, Stocklands and Featherbrook just a short ride away. The room was spacious and comfortable. What made our day was the way we were treated in the dining / restaurant. Top marks to Michelle (chef) for looking after our requests and Iwona who treated us like family. Will stay there again and again! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
