Wet nice stay but parking is limited. Even though we booked parking plus stay, I thought we would get a dedicated spot for parking as we had to attend a wedding. When we came back at night there was no parking available. We had to park in the entry lane many other cars were parked there as well. So I think we you receive bookings with parking, you need to manage this better.
The "gym" is an absolute joke, half the weights are missing and its like a treadmile and a bike and some yoga mats. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was decent, but you cant mess with the aircon besides the fan which didnt do much, or the heater, which I didn't use because I run hot, unless you ask the front desk to make your room cooler for you, its not the end of the world but that along with no publicly accessible microwave made my stay a little inconvenient at times. But overall good. A very solid 6/10. I'll probably come back
We booked this hotel travelling from interstate to see family and we’re so blown away by how great this hotel is. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, everything is so clean modern and aesthetically pleasing. The service from the moment we arrived till when we left was above and beyond even though we dealt with different staff members the service was consistent. The breakfast is also a lot more than we expected with freshly squeezed juice, fresh cooked and a small but excellently curated selection. Gym facilities were also great. We were not familiar with the area and I was bit concerned when I read online about it but honestly so many great places to eat, lots of uber eats options and we did not feel unsafe. We will definitely stay here again for the price point you would expect a lot less but will be surprised in a great way! Definitely recommend (I am a VERY fussy critic of hotels and do not like old, dated or weird smelling places and this did not disappoint). There is also secure underground parking for $15 per day with easy access straight to the lifts.
The staff members are the best 👌🏻! Special thanks to Vonn from Front Office (hopefully I’m spelling the name correctly 😊). The room was perfect and very clean, my toddler could happily run around! I also loved the great mobile connection and the option to cast apps to the TV, which made it easy to watch our favourite shows. Overall, a really nice hotel to stay at. Highly recommended! 👌🏻
We had the best 2 night stay on the June long weekend, duty manager Don was the most amazing hotel staff member we have ever done across. After a rough time arriving from Adelaide with a hire car debacle, he was so kind and helpful with helping us find the car park, offered my son who had just played a basketball tournament some ice for recovery and went above and beyond.
