Attended here for a work conference. Beautiful location surrounded by trees. Very quiet and some wildlife. Perfect location for a work event with on-site accommodation, restaurant, bar and conference centre. The accommodation was clean just a bit dated. The beds were huge and comfortable. A great venue all up.
Visiting out of season, we seemed to get the only customers. Efficient checking in system (out of hours) and a very peaceful setting. A great place to escape from the madness of Melbourne!
Great, comfy stay with a large room. Some thoughful changes would make this a 10/10 Pros: Clean, comfy, good sized room (we stayed in the executive king suite) in beautiful surroundings. The views of the hills from right outside of our room, and proximity to the playground made it quite worthwhile. Great heating/cooling and everything you needed on hand. Large, comfy bed. Staff was very helpful at check in, and available via a mobile number after hours. Cons: The bathroom's light and exhaust fan switch is the same switch, and the door to the bathroom is frosted glass. This means that if you shower before bed, you're either leaving a moist bathroom, or blasting your room with light. Either splitting the switches or having a window in the bathroom would solve this issue. The couches are pleather and quite hard, makes it difficult to sit on for a long period (like for watching a movie). Easy to wipe down to clean though (with a toddler)! The decor is a bit aged The car park is about 50 - 80 meters away (depending on the room you get). No trolley provided meant multiple trips for me from the car to the room.
We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Foothill Stay Over. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a truly relaxing environment. A special appreciation to the Jim's information staff and franchisee for their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help at every step. Their guidance and support made our stay smooth and stress-free. The food was delicious, fresh, and well prepared, adding great value to our overall experience ( really loved special effort on Asian food). Everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. We are truly grateful for the excellent hospitality and care shown to us.
