I have marriott membership and booked this through the app, gained points and even easy access to communication with the staff such as late arrivals and quick questions. Great celebrarion with my birthday but needs improvement on their breakfast buffet. Good but not great hopefully they can ads more options. But overall stay is good! Great space for the room and the shower and toilet.
Great experience. The 2 receptionists were very professional and welcoming. I spent a single night there with the buffet breakfast which was decent, however i should note that despite paying for the buffet, i didn't need to speak to anyone to prove that i have. I just walked right on through and started eating. It feels like i kind of paid money for nothing if anyone can just waltz on in and eat without paying. The hotel is in a nice and easy to get to location, and the parking garage is really appreciated. Be cautious of space, when i parked in the garage after leaving for dinner and returned at around 9pm, there were only 2 spots left. Not sure what we would have done if they were all full. All things considering, i recommend this hotel, and would probably come back.
Just had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has a beautiful modern design and is located near the Yarra river . The rooms were very spacious and had a lot of area . There are a lot of facilities provided by the hotel which includes a gym and a pool table along with a chess board .
Stayed here for a week. The staff friendly kind and just lovely. Rooms were amazing and spacious. Food was sublime truly yummy
This has to be one of Melbourne’s most hidden Hotel Gems. One of the best hotel stays in a while and definitely takes it up for service and quality for a 4 star hotel. As a Richmond local this was a local staycay choice over Easter and while we came in without expectation it was a welcome surprise. Quiet, clean hotel and attentive, friendly staff no request was any trouble - all done with a smile. The views amongst the eucalyptus and fresh air on the banks of the Yarra makes you feel your in the country when only a heartbeat from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne. The Mint Lane restaurant delighted and dazzled with a simple but sophisticated well thought out and layered menu from all corners of Asia for their dinner La carte menu - the chefs have brought all their skills and knowledge with an amazing and tantalising Duck Thai Curry - the culinary adventure also taking the taste buds to Vietnam and the Phillipines. A very special thank you also to Fiona on the front desk who came up to our balcony terrace room on Good Friday evening with a hose to fill up the spa - despite getting wet in the process she went above and beyond all with a smile. Definitely worth a visit if visiting Melbourne or a local looking for a short getaway. Thank you to all the team at Element and Mint a fabulous two days we will be back for Christmas.
