Dorsett Melbourne

Beautiful hotel with unique style; I particularly love the glass bathrooms. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Bar with food downstairs, and a coffee vending machine. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a train station. Staff left a personally signed birthday card for me in the room which was a lovely touch. Only negative was they forgot our valet parking, and I don't love starting a night with an argument, but otherwise the staff were lovely. Rooms were quiet but you could hear noisy guests in the hall very clearly.

Stayed 3 nights in Dorsett Melbourne. We really enjoyed. The location was great to access public transport and access to the CBD. The room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. Thanks Scarlett, Ishan, Huy and Danny And really appreciated all of you spending time writing us a happy anniversary card to me and my girlfriend and prepared the surprise to us. We really liked it!! !Definitely will come back next time.

I chose the dorsett for my son's birthday. I let them know we were celebrating his 10th birthday. I got a phone call the day before that we got an upgrade, and omg!! The room was a balcony suite!! It was huge. One of the best rooms i have stayed in. The balcony was so big. 2 toilets. Lounge and 6 seater dining table. Amazing bath. The staff went above and beyond writing in my son's card with some chocolates and a balloon. The hotel pool and spa is beautiful Its a great location, friendly staff and so clean. Can't recommend this enough. Thank you!!

Lovely place to stay. The rooms and facilities are beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service including when delivering room service. The wedges and pizzas were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately my partner had let the staff know before we arrived that it was my birthday and when we checked in, we were told there would be a surprise waiting in our room. Sadly there wasn’t anything there, which was a little disappointing. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing especially with the steam room, sauna and spa. We visited during the adults only session hoping for a quieter experience. Unfortunately there were quite a few children jumping around and splashing water everywhere. This made the area feel less relaxing and also caused my partner to slip while walking to the spa resulting in a minor injury. Overall we still had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hotel, but these few issues did take away from what was otherwise a great experience.
