I booked 1 months, and I have changed time, the reception told me that they will give me credit, and I can use it anytime. After this, I used 3 weeks, and I still have 1 week credit, I called them last week, and I want to use it, the staff told me that if I confirmed date, they can book it for me. But today I called them again, the staff told me the guy who told me last week quit, and he needs the date which I booked the hotel. I asked him to check my name in the system, but he refused, the service is very bad, if you don’t allow me use my credit, you should return my money back.
The place is convenient because it has a washing machine and dryer, but the sofa smells bad.
When I sat on it, I got bitten by mites in several places.
Also, the towels haven’t been replaced.
Had a really nice stay at Box Hill Comfort Apartments 😊Clean, comfy rooms and everything I needed was there. The location was super convenient with shops and food just a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.I’d happily stay here again and recommend it!
Clean and comfortable apartment at a convenient location, around a 3 min walk from Boxhill central. Front desk staff are polite and helpful, especially Caitlin - she was very nice and explained everything in detail patiently. It's perfect for us first time travellers in Boxhill and we will definitely be coming back again.
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and valued. The staff were cheerful and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. My room was large, elegant, and extremely clean. The breakfast offered plenty of tasty options, and the coffee was excellent. The location was convenient for exploring but quiet enough for a restful night. The attention to detail here is impressive — everything felt thoughtfully done.
