Hotel was suitable. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. It is a little dated and some of the furniture needs a refresh - not aesthetic, but comfort. The couch in my room was really sagging. The shower is over a bath and the bath feels quite high. If you were going to stay here and have accessibility requirements, make sure you speak to the staff prior to booking.

I am staying at Brady Apartments on Flinders Street for a week, and it is an excellent experience. The rooms were lovely, the location couldn't be better, and any request I had was handled quickly and without fuss. Rafael, the manager, along with the whole team, were warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Honestly, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Rafael and Team, love Vincenza
One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had whole life. The front desk staff member, Ritson, was the most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service experience I have encountered during my stays at hotels. The way my concerns were handled left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a guest. Sharing further the story: I recently stayed at Brady Apartment Hotel on Flinders Street, Melbourne, with several work colleagues during a business trip. One issue we all experienced was that none of us were informed of the hotel's check-out time during check-in. We arrived separately due to different flight schedules, and the front desk staff member, Ritson, simply asked each of us to sign electronically without mentioning any check-out details or other important information. On the day of my departure, I received a phone call from an unfamiliar number. Because I've recently received numerous scam and marketing calls, I declined it and sent a text asking who it was. I immediately received a reply from Ritson stating that he would bring all of my belongings out. I found this message quite confronting, as it suggested my belongings would be removed before I had the opportunity to return. Concerned, I called him back straight away and explained that I was only about five minutes away and was rushing back to the hotel. When I arrived, my belongings had not actually been removed, despite the earlier text message. I was then charged A$50 for the late check-out. Ritson told that having been "good", he had not charged me for a full extra day. While I understand that hotels may have late check-out policies and associated fees, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. The communication felt unnecessarily threatening and unprofessional, particularly when I had never been informed of the check-out time in the first place. In all my years of travelling, I have never experienced a hotel communicating with a guest in this manner. A simple reminder or a polite explanation of the hotel's late check-out policy would have been far more appropriate. I hope the hotel reviews its check-in procedures and staff communication, as a more respectful and customer-focused approach would greatly improve the guest experience.
Gorgeous hotel at a great price. The team on check in and departure friendly and helpful. The area near reception with a fire and chairs was welcoming and set up our stay nicely. The room was clean, pretty and well fitted out, the bed and linens comfortable and clean and the bathroom lovely. Would stay again
Spacious apartment with a balcony. Preferred twin room but was not available. A lot of noise from nearby train lines. Despite this, the location was very convenient for our holiday. Main downside ... did not like the shower over bath or the water pressure from the shower.
