Avani Melbourne Box Hill Residences

​We had a wonderful stay at Avani Box Hill. The location was ideal, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and having the RSL right next door was perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a fantastic view. The staff were warm and friendly throughout our visit, and we especially loved spending time at the rooftop pool and gym area. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

Would definitely stay here again. The service was amazing with staff very friendly and helpful. Having parking onsite is a huge + and it was reasonably priced compared to others. I became a member pre the booking and booked about 14 days in advance which made for some good savings. Highly recommend booking early if you can. The pool is on the rooftop and it’s just as good if not better than the promo pics. The views are amazing and the spa water toasty warm! The pool was abit cooler than expected, though staying mid July and swimming later in the evening certainly didn’t help. The room was large, modern and clean. A highlight was having two bathrooms and two bedrooms, plus a spacious balcony with great city views. The laundry facilities in the room and dishwasher were helpful travelling with children. Overall a really great stay and highly recommended.

Stayed here for one night and payed the check in fee as usual. Next thing I noticed was that $2000 was stolen from my account. Called up the bank to see what happened and was notified that this happened on a random day without me knowing, it was this particular hotel. No description was on the unauthorised withdraw. Was accused of damages that I never even did and it was one night so you can imagine how easy it is to keep it clean. Now being ghosted by the hotel that stole my money.

We booked to stay at this accommodation for a week with our young family. What a mistake!!! I put my 13 week baby to bed in one of the rooms and later went into that room and smelled strong weed smoke coming through the fan in the bedroom wall. This smoke was coming from another apartment in the building! When telling the hotel about it they had no idea how to shut down this air conditioner. It was parent’s worst nightmare !!! The manager came back to us and offered a 20% discount for putting my newborns health at risk!! Avanii mentioned because the hotel is also in the same building with residents they can’t control situations like we faced! As a mother I would definitely re think your decision to stay at this accommodation.
