We had a great stay here during our weeklong holiday. Many thanks to the staff, particularly Jhoan who was very nice and helpful. The room was clean although housekeeping was only available once during our stay. The location is also convenient, being walking distance to the Southern Cross Station as well as one of the tram stops along La Trobe St. Food is not an issue since there are many food options in that part of the CBD. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Stayed the long weekend at Aspire hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our one bedroom apartment. The hotel had a wonderful pool, spa x 2, sauna and steam room which we used extensively. I didn't use the 2 gyms however. The apartment itself had fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with washer & dryer, so well set up for long stays and self cooks. The location is convenient - really close to Koreatown and most eateries near King St. There's also cheap private parking available at nearby Flagstaff carpark. Would I be back? Most definitely as the pool and spas are excellent, with a nicely fitted out apartment.
Awful! "Luxury apartments" from hell! Kitchen dirty: until I cleaned it. No laundry, in spite of promise to provide same. Swimming pool? Noone told me of its whereabouts, a very closely guarded secret. Location is NOT GREAT: it's near Southern Cross Station. Not exactly the Paris end of Melbourne CBD. Don't ask concierge to mind your bag before check in. It's "against their policy." Pick up the key from a nearby EzyMart, meaning you need to traipse up there with your heavy luggage. I rang the owner for assistance when my key code was incorrect. It took 3 phone calls before I received a reply. Verdict: I won't return. Best to spend more $s on better accom.
Stayed at Aspire Melbourne and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is a big plus — close to Korean eateries and the train station, which made getting around and finding food really convenient. Security was solid, and the facilities like the pool were clean and well maintained. The unit also came with a washer and dryer, which was very helpful for a longer stay. Beds were exceptionally soft and comfortable. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The kitchen was lacking basic essentials like hand soap and washing detergent, and the dustbins could be bigger. The main downside was the lack of air-conditioning in the master bedroom — only the living room had one, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a good stay with a few minor inconveniences.
Absolutely loved our week-long stay. Location is perfect - right in the centre of Melbourne’s free tram zone which gives easy access to all the popular tourist sites. Also within 10 minute walk of Spencer Outlet mall and a huge Coles grocery. Tons of restaurants easily accessible. Our 1 bedroom apartment was wonderfully outfitted with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The common areas - pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and outdoor lounge areas are pristine. Really a great stay, and a place to which we’d happily return.
