Our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The TVs are out of date however, no casting options from modern devices whatsoever in our room, which was the Penthouse Suite. The evenings we had in were quiet so high up, with a great view.

I had a very good stay at this apartment hotel. The location is excellent, right in central Melbourne and close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and clean. It was also convenient to have apartment-style facilities during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would be happy to stay here again. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Melbourne.
Going to start with saying I booked this based on previous reviews, however our apartment fell well below our expectations so I'm assuming there are perhaps others on offer which are better. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and whilst it was value for money it was sadly lacking some of the most basic things you expect in this day and age. Firstly. Our two TVs, one bedroom, one living area were 2 very old Philips TVs and the remotes that were obviously not originals and we could not tune in even the most basic free to air channels and most channels had audio but no picture. No channel 7 whatsoever so no football. We called to ask for help and were told "the tvs are very old and we will be upgrading soon." No ability to stream Netflix or anything either from the TVs or from our phone to the TVs. The bathroom has been nicely renovated but the shower was an absolute joke. No water pressure and the ability to achieve a suitable temperature was impossible. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The washing machine and dryer are located in a cupboard in the bathroom and the dryer positioned so you can't properly open the washing machine and see in to it. The towels were old and thin. The kitchen had minimal equipment for one with a full size oven and stove. The oven had not a single oven rack. The microwave was locked and we could not figure out how to unlock it, or find a manual to advise. It was also dirty and smelly. The hair dryer was missing a part so the uncovered element burns your hair. It also make a rattling noise and has no safety inspection tag. But then neither did any appliance. The pillows. Undoubtedly many years old due to how small and flat they were. However we did request better pillows (after our first night) and this was accommodated. The carpet was dirty and had clumps of hair from previous guests. Overall the apartment is old and tired, and the condition is certainly not excusable by the "we will be starting renovations soon" comment. It should be downgraded and priced accordingly.
Adequate, but very basic. I stayed in a one-bedroom “apartment”, although calling it an apartment is generous—it is essentially a standard hotel room with a microwave hidden in a cupboard. There is no desk, so don’t expect a proper workspace either. The television looks like it came from the 1990s and only a few channels worked. The windows offer little sound insulation, so outside noise carries into the room. Otherwise, the room was clean and adequate, with no real frills. I only needed somewhere to sleep, so it did the job and I can’t complain too much. But you are essentially paying for a bed. Anyone expecting an actual apartment, decent amenities or somewhere comfortable to work should look elsewhere.
Our Air Conditioning stopped working half way through our trip. We where moved to a new room which the staff where quite helpful where however the washing machine barely works and sounds like at some stage it has been dropped from 40,000ft, here for 9 days so needed to use it regularly with kids and 2 adults. Also the TVs are about 15 yrs old so no smart tv with Netflix or YouTube etc, only 3 free to air channels. Some staff where friendly and helpful especially the cleaners, however a couple of the reception staff did not want to be there.
