Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne Southbank

- Great location, 10 mins walk to Flinders Train Station. - The hotel is very new and clean, the room size and facilities are great, and the bedding is very comfortable. - 10 mins walk to a big Woolworths, easy to get groceries. - safe neighbourhood.

Lovely new facility, but it isn't being cleaned. First room had a wet towell hanging and blood stains on three walls. Then moved to a second room with a filthy shower. Such a shame as it could be a lovely stay with well appointed rooms and a good location. Would not stay here again.

My partner and I have stayed here a couple times. Good for the location being near crown, bars etc. however the rooms are not clean, we walked in and there were black marks all over the tiles and the shower and toilets were not clean. Service isn’t the best either, last time we stayed we requested house keeping a total of 3-4 times before they actually came, and when they did all they did was take the rubbish. Walls are also paper thin, got woken up at 6am from the couple next door being loud. Room is advertised as king bed though it was just two single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable. would rather spend a bit more somewhere nicer.

We stayed at **Adina Apartment Hotel Southbank Melbourne** for two nights in a Premier One-Bedroom Apartment with a view, and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The **location is excellent**, with restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Eureka Melbourne Skydeck is directly across the street, including the option to dine on the 89th floor at Eureka 89. It’s also an easy walk to the Yarra River and Flinders Street Station, while the free tram makes getting to Queen Victoria Market and the shopping areas very convenient. Our apartment was **spacious and well equipped**, with a comfortable king-size bed and lovely views. The kitchenette had a hob, fridge, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. There was also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, which was very useful. I didn't notice an oven. The bathroom had both a separate shower and a large bathtub. There was a TV in both the living room and bedroom. One of the best features was the **excellent soundproofing** — we didn't hear anything from neighbouring apartments. There was only a small amount of traffic noise from the nearby junction. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff were friendly, respectful and helpful. There are also three fast lifts operating day and night, so we never had to wait long. The only minor negative for me was that the mattress wasn't quite to my liking and caused some slight backache, but nothing serious. Overall, a **great apartment, excellent location and very good facilities**. We would happily stay here again when visiting Melbourne.
