Nice resort, spacious rooms, good location and services. For a small town this hotel offers good services but limited and lack some other amenities that yiu expect from other hotels.

This hotel was a major disappointment. The service is extremely poor and it feels like its best days are long gone. The staff come across as unfriendly, uninterested, and unwelcoming. There is no warmth, no genuine hospitality, and even simple requests seem to be treated as a burden. After a long journey, you expect to be welcomed with a smile and a sense of care, especially at a hotel that positions itself at a higher price point. Instead, the atmosphere is cold and uninviting, making you feel almost as if you should be grateful just to stay there. No matter how beautiful the lobby or rooms may be, without hospitality, it means nothing. A hotel should make guests feel comfortable and at home, and that is completely missing here. Considering the prices they charge, this experience is simply unacceptable. There are plenty of better options in and around Meknes. I strongly do not recommend staying here.
Fairly bland edge of town hotel - about 15 mins by car to medina. Rooms were large but not particularly nicely furnished. Breakfast was poor. Service friendly.
Modern but with a traditional moroccan decor, the Zaki Suites Hotel & Spa is likely the best choice for a short stay at Meknes. Rooms are very spacious, bathroom are as well. Not the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at, but all-in-all it was ok. Front desk staff could show a little more hospitality, the doorman was very friendly though. Did not try the breakfast there as I left very early in the morning.
We arrived at Ziki Suites Hotel and Spa in Meknes at about 6pm. It was a pretty nice hotel with modern, renovated rooms. The swimming pool was also very beautifully designed with lush garden landscapes surround the pool. If you walk towards the edge of the garden, you’ll be able to see the walls of Meknes and the unblocked views of the surroundings...
