Rooms : clean and exactly as what you see in the booking pictures, the rooms are not super modern but they’re great for the price. I electricity outlet in room 108 is out of the socket 4/5, it is a shame i didn’t have time to explore the hotel more extensively but it looked good. Service : this where this hotel definitely shines, the people working are so kind and it easy to communicate with them 5/5 Location : i like the fact that this hotel is easily accessible by car 5/5
A Wonderful Stay We recently had a fantastic stay at Menzeh Dalia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. A special mention goes to Boutaina, the hotel manager, who was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our rooms met our needs. Her warm welcome set the tone for a wonderful stay. Yasin, the pool lifeguard, was always friendly and helpful, making our poolside experience enjoyable. Additionally, we want to express our gratitude to Zuhair, the night guard, for his attentiveness and care in ensuring our comfort upon returning to the hotel. Stayed in this hotel last week as we do every year when visiting Meknes. Hotel locared near shopping area and plenty of restaurants and snacks. It is also convenient to reach the highway to Rabat or Fes. Room clean and they just installed new AC which helps during this hot summer. Staff is very friendly. We dealt with Nadia, Mustafa, Abdelghani etc...and all were very friendly. We got an upgraded room to 3rd floor which has a massive balcony to enjoy the swimming pool. Highly recommended if you visit Meknes. The only improvement they need do is to open the hammam/spa
We stayed in the hotel as a group for 14 days in April and May 2024. The hotel is very large and most of the rooms are also very spacious. It also has an excellent swimming pool in which you can seriously swim. The distance to the city center may be a bit annoying, but it is in the immediate vicinity of the largest shopping center in Meknes. But what counts in this hotel above all are the employees. I would like to single out the manager of the hotel, Mrs. Boutayna. I travel a lot myself and I have never met such a helpful, friendly and professional hotel manager. Mrs. Boutayna herself came to us and asked if there was anything she could help us with. Thus, practically nothing was impossible. So that we even made friends during our stay, which gave a special charm to our stay in the hotel because we felt like home. Mrs. Boutayna obviously took care of all the other guests as well, as she was constantly present and always in a good mood. It is also necessary to highlight the owner of the hotel, Ms. Khadija, who clearly cared about the well-being of her guests and was also characterised by kindness. The two ladies also worked well with each other, which was very evident. I would definitely recommend the hotel because of everything described above, but especially because of the friendliness and profesionalnim of the two ladies, which is very rare these days. From the pictures, the property looked beautiful and like it had great amenities. I will say that the ac was cold and the staff that were there were generally friendly and helpful. We had two rooms: one had great AC and the other did not work. We asked the front desk to change rooms, they said they would fix the AC, and no one ever came. Additionally: -the pool did not have water in it. This was not advertised and we were not warned beforehand, and this is a huge reason we chose this hotel in the first place -there were ants literally everywhere, like inside outside on the food didn’t matter there were ants -even though it was advertised online, they did not have a bar or restaurant or anything of that sort open. Again, this is a reason we chose this hotel, so we could hang out on property and not have to leave to find drinks or dinner. The property is beautiful and the rooms were generally clean and cold. But overall this stay was pretty disappointing and we probably will not be coming back.
