Family of 10, travelled independently with Antriva following arrival at Antalya Airport. Communucation was first class from the initial booking, and included clear instructions for Arrival and Return in July 26. BIG clean Mercedes type vehicle accommodated family and baggage without any issues at all. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi is provided on board, we connects to you tube and kept the kids focused on but legs of the journey. I paid in Cash, they accept sterling & euros, add a tip, these lads work long hours. I would travel agsin with Antriva, without hesitation. Thank you for your service 🤝

We have used this taxi company two years in a row. It's easy to book online via their website, and you can choose to pay the driver in cash. They use WhatsApp for any queries or questions in the run-up to your trip, which is really helpful, and they always respond quickly. ☺️ They send a confirmation message the day before each part of your journey (to and from the airport). We requested a baby seat this time, and it was provided for both transfers. A very efficient and reliable service. We'd definitely use them again! ☺️👍

We had an excellent experience with Antrivia VIP Transfer in Antalya. We booked a transfer from the airport to Cullinan Belek, and shortly after booking our flights were changed by the tour operator. Antrivia handled this change flawlessly and updated everything without any hassle on our side, which was very reassuring. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged. The driver was already waiting for us, easy to find, and very friendly. The transfer itself was comfortable, smooth, and exactly what you hope for after a flight. The return transfer was just as well organized and punctual. Everything ran perfectly from start to finish. What really stood out was their service afterwards. I accidentally left one of my AirPods at the Cullinan hotel, and Antrivia went above and beyond by delivering it to another hotel in Side where my brother was staying the following week. Very good experience with Antriva VIP Transfers Antalya. This was already the second time we booked them, and again everything was perfect. We had a transfer from Antalya Airport to Kizilagac. Luxury van, very comfortable. The drivers were friendly, drove safely and made us feel relaxed. At the airport, they were waiting with a clear name sign, which was great after a long flight. Communication was also very good, with updates about the pickup times. For the return trip, they were exactly on time at the hotel. Overall just a very good service, would definitely use again.

Excellent communication picked up on time even though flight landed early and we were out with in 15min, driver was waiting outside with my name on a card. 1hr30min journey nice clean vehicle. Use them for return pickup also, airline changed flight time by 2 hours earlier, and let us know the day before! But one quick message to Antriva on WhatsApp at 11.30pm and all sorted even though pick was 2am driver was ready for us at 1.30am. Excellent service will use again, only a small issue 2nd driver wanted a tip on top of a tip but to be expected I suppose but wasn't pushy about it so no biggy.

Driver arrived on time and was polite and very professional. I booked a Mercedes Vito which was very clean and comfortable. Water was offered during our journey. Amazing service, highly recommend. We’ve used Antriva twice in Turkey and both times felt like a VIP. Friendly drivers and quick WhatsApp replies when we needed help finding our driver. We also got a message 24 hours before each transfer. Much cheaper than the holiday company’s shared coach and honestly a 10/10.

A fantastic service we received from the initial booking, the lead up to the trip and the physical picking up on our return transfer. Mrs Tugce was always available to answer any question before the booking and the booking was very easy to do. We had a 11 day stay in Lara Beach and our transfer was from Antalya Airport. We were sent all information by WhatsApp the day before arriving with all pick up details, a walk through video showing us where to go once out of airport and a picture of the member of staff that would then take us to our driver. We did not wait long for our vehicle which was a very smart Mercedes Vito. The driver took our luggage and then showed us the WIFI code and there was water for each of us for the journey. It took 20 - 25 mins for our transfer and friends that chose to go on a coach took 1 hr 30 mins to do the exact same journey to our hotel. While on our holiday our friends asked if they could do the return transfer with us and I asked Mrs Tugce if this would be possible, she said there was not a problem at all for this, asked for the names of the extra passengers added to booking and said she would send a larger vehicle to accommodate the extra luggage. There was also no extra charge for this. For our return journey a large Mercedes Sprinter arrived on time, again very smart and luxurious. Same as pick for the driver taking luggage, showing WIFI code and again water for each of us in a mini bar. The journey time was the same and we got dropped off right outside the doors to departures. I would highly recommend the service we received, the price was very reasonable the vehicles were luxurious and made each journey very enjoyable and relaxed. Thank you Antriva and Mrs Tugce for a brilliant service, making both our transfers so easy and comfortable. We will definitely use your service in the future.

Great service, I was recommended this service from a friend of mine, so I booked all before I travelled, was easy to book and communicate with them via what’s app! I also need to make a change and I sent them a message and within seconds they confirmed. Also the cars were big and spacious even though there was just four of us! Highly recommended, above all cheaper then taxi and what the hotel would charge for air pick up / collection. 😊

Booked return transfers with this company. Journey to the hotel was fine. The return was a complete mess. We waited over 40 minutes at the hotel, the transfer never showed up. Had to grab a taxi on the spot, paid way more than we should have, got stuck in traffic and missed our flight. Ended up spending a fortune on new tickets to get home. We were told the driver would just be 15 minutes late — trusting that cost us big time. If you book with them, don’t count on your transfer actually turning up.

Terrible experience , the driver was pretty rude . His driving was bordering on frightening . We had the same driver collection from Antalya and the collect from hotel back to Antalya . Very disappointing

We booked our airport transfer from Antalya airport to the hotel in advance. No payment was necessary until the transfer was completed. There was someone waiting for us on arrival and after a short walk, we were on our way to the hotel. On our return to the airport, the taxi arrived at the hotel a few minutes early, so we had a good experience each way. For both journeys, the transport was in a minibus with plenty of room for the family. Highly recommended.

Service is EXCELLENT Good communication before we left for holiday. Our baggage was held up on out arrival and still no problem. Luxury vehicle still waiting for us and some WhatsApp messages to make sure we were OK. Quick, safe and reliable. We used a large holiday transfer company last year. Issues on airport collection and return. Therefore as this was pay on arrival I was slightly nervous but don't be. Far better than those large companies and much better value. Better value and quicker than taking the holiday transfer also. 100% recommend

DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! I had booked a transfer from my hotel to Antalya airport. I specifically picked this transfer, because of the good reviews, and I wanted to make sure, that my transfer showed up, as I was travelling with a baby. I got an order confirmation on e-mail, with reference number, and a contact to call if there was any issues. However, at the time of my departure, nobody came. I tried to call the number listed in the order confirmation. The phone was immediately hung up, but I received a text saying to write a message instead. So I did, asking where the transfer was. I was told, that they were waiting outside in bad english. I went outside my hotel, but nobody was there. So I wrote again, if they were in fact at my hotel, naming the hotel, and I got a message back, asking me, if I made a booking. I was really confused. They just said they were outside, and now they were asking me if I made a booking? I said yes, and then I got a message back, saying: "Ok, I need 5 minutes". Then a couple of minutes later I got this message: “sorry youreservation not see please go another van”. I was I shock. I asked what they were talking about, as I had a confirmation on e-mail, and I sent a screenshot of it. Nobody answered me. I then sent another message, and tried to call again, but they just kept hanging up on me, and they never answered any of my texts again. I am VERY shocked, that this is how they treat their customers. I almost didn’t catch my flight, because the transfer never showed up. If I could give any less than 1 star, I would have.

Antriva/Hermes Airport transfer team was awesome. They were on time picking us from the airport to the hotel in Antalya and from the hotel back to the airport. I missed my flight coming in and they still picked up the rest of my family and were there to pick me up when I came in at about 4 am, 2 days later. They also picked up my niece when she came in solo. They have wide range of vehicles to pick up solo, duo or large group with lots of luggage. They stayed in communication via WhatsApp and even when my family members came in on the same day at both the domestic and international terminals, they were patient and stayed in constant communication until everyone was located. They had bottles of cold water and WiFi in the vehicles. The vehicles were clean, comfortable and spacious. Also, it was very convenient that we were able to book online, communicate via email and WhatsApp and pay the driver directly in cash in US dollars at the end of the ride. I would definitely recommend them to anyone traveling to and around Antalya, Turkey.

We booked this after reading very positive reviews on TripAdvisor and I'm happy to confirm these are all very true. Easy to book on their website and the day before we were due to arrive we got a message on WhatsApp from them. Same on the day before we returned. We actually needed to change our return pick up time while we were in Turkey and this was very easy to do. A quick message to them and a reply back confirming the new pick up time. With it being a 90 minute journey from the airport to our hotel it was nice to be in a very modern Mercedes vehicle with a TV, phone chargers and WiFi. Both drivers were very professional and drove very safely unlike a lot of other vehicles we saw onroute. Thank you for providing us with such a great service and we will definitely be using this company again if we ever decide to return to Antalya. Quick Tip - When in the baggage reclaim area upon arrival at the airport there are signs dotted about with a Wi-Fi code. Take a note of this as once you are outside the terminal building you need this to get on the airport WiFi. Our group had phone providers with a mix of O2 and EE and both companies wanted to charge ridiculous prices for Internet in Turkey. We ended up purchasing a sim card from the conveniently placed Vodafone stand outside arrivals at a cost of €50 and used one of the phones hotspot to share the mobile data. Most places have WiFi in Turkey so this probably wasn't needed and if we had know about the procedure to get onto the Airports Wi-Fi we probably wouldn't have needed to purchase a sim card.

Great service met at the airport with a sign amd taken to our private transfer. Really nice Mercedes Van, air conditioned, comfy seats amd some cold complimentary water. Return journey equally as good and was allowed to adjust pick up time by emailing. Would use again, highly recommended.
