Terrible experience. Our taxi was booked for 3:00 PM but it never arrived. By 4:00 PM, we were forced to take a much more expensive taxi to make sure we didn’t miss our flight. The only response we received from the company on WhatsApp was: “We will be there in 1 minute.” They never arrived. Completely unreliable service. We were left waiting and had to pay significantly more for another taxi at the last minute. I definitely do not recommend this company. Be very careful when booking with them.

Absolutely brilliant. We decided to use a slightly more expensive transfer as there was only 2 of us and I could be more glad. They are professional, on time and very helpful. Also the vehicle we got was extremely clean and had very fancy decor. We had a huge issue with our booking where our flights got moved to different airports, this meant that we had to rebook the holiday. I informed them of the change of flight times, names and airlines and they responded within hours with a brand new itinerary fitting what we needed exactly. Would definitely recommend, they were great from booking to returning to the airport.

Would highly recommend. Very reasonable price, great communication and instructions on whats app and very straightforward booking. We were well looked after by our drivers and they came on time. Inside kitted out with cold bottles of water, hand wipes, television (our son straight on you tube) and wifi. Would not use anyone else.

Immediately after reserving, we received a detailed confirmation email, and a couple of days before our flight we got a reminder with the driver’s contact details, meeting-point instructions, and a live link to track any flight delays. That level of proactivity instantly put us at ease. Arrival & Meet & Greet: After a long, tiring flight, stepping into the arrivals hall and seeing a smartly dressed gentleman holding a tablet with our name on it was such a relief. Our driver, was already waiting even though our flight landed 20 minutes late. He helped us with all our luggage straight away, asked if we needed a quick restroom break, and guided us to the vehicle just a short walk away. Vehicle & Comfort: The car was spotless inside and out – a modern, spacious, climate-controlled vehicle with plush leather seats. It smelled fresh, the air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature, and there were thoughtful touches like chilled bottles of water, mints, and even hand sanitiser and wet wipes. Free Wi-Fi was available and worked seamlessly, which was great for letting our family know we’d landed safely. For a family of 4 with 4 large suitcases , there was plenty of room without feeling cramped. The Journey & Driving: The drive was beautifully smooth. Our driver was a total professional – calm, courteous, and an excellent, defensive driver who made us feel completely safe on unfamiliar roads. He gave us just the right amount of information about the area, pointing out landmarks, the best viewpoints, and even giving us genuine local tips for restaurants and hidden beaches near the resort. He also adapted the conversation perfectly; when we went quiet to rest, he respected that and let us relax with some soft background music. Arrival at the Resort: Upon reaching Etno, he handled all our bags right to the check-in desk, made sure nothing was left in the vehicle, and wished us a wonderful stay with a genuine smile. It felt less like a standard transfer and more like being welcomed by a local friend. Overall: From the first email to the final handshake, every single detail was thought of. If you’re weighing up whether a private transfer is worth it, book with Seja Travel without hesitation. They turned what can often be a stressful, exhausting part of a trip into an absolute pleasure. We had a great experience with this company. Booked through the website and had contact through WhatsApp also. Driver waiting for us outside the arrivals exit. Bottled water was free and any other drinks there was a charge for. Comfortable reclining sides with air conditioning and youtube on the TV for the kids. Great communcation as I received a msg the day before collection, both from the airport to hotel and then the return journey. Fantastic price, much cheaper than booking through the travel agent or holiday websites.

The service of this transfer company is amazing! Communication is fine, travel quality are very comfortable. Driver will help with load and unload the bagages. My experience with the driver is more than good. His name is Ismail. Price are more than double worth!!🙏 Next time I call this company by my next trip. Dont look further and call him!

We booked a 6-person van for just the two of us, and it was the perfect way to enjoy our 1.5-hour drive to the hotel. Definitely worth every penny — it made the start of our vacation feel extra special! I also arranged for a flower bouquet to be given to my girlfriend upon arrival, and it turned out beautifully. All in all, a true 5-star experience.

Pick up ok vehicle ok drivers stop for cigarettes in petrol stations and do not understand English at all. Tried to pay driver but I assume he already thought it was paid. Asked if he was coming back the following week as per the booking request he said no. I told him I would pay half the payment now and half if he returned the next week. He said ok bye and drove off. Never heard anything from the company all week so assumed they definitely weren’t coming back so the day before we were to travel home I made other arrangements with another transfer company to ensure we didn’t miss our flight. On way to airport they called the driver of the other transfer company and threatened me to pay or police would be waiting at airport. How they can get hold of another driver from another company but not me is beyond me. Never using again!!

Our arrival in Antalya unfortunately started very badly. According to the booking, an employee was supposed to be waiting for us with a name sign. However, there was no one there. With three small children, we had to search and ask around ourselves among about 70–80 transfer companies for about 25 minutes. Finally, we found our printed name on a table—but no one was waiting for us. Unfortunately, our vacation started very disappointingly that way. The return trip was even worse. The pickup was scheduled for 6:00 AM at the hotel, but the driver did not arrive until 6:37 AM. During that time, I called five times. The driver even showed up in flip-flops and subsequently drove very fast and aggressively because of the long delay. With three children on board, that was a very frightening situation. Our children cried from 6:00 AM to 6:40 AM because they were scared, and even during the drive, we were worried about missing our flight. When I subsequently complained via WhatsApp, I was told that someone had supposedly been waiting for us with a name sign. That is definitely not true. I did not feel taken seriously with that statement. Furthermore, I was promised that the manager would contact me. To this day—after two days—I have received no response. Overall, that was a very bad experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this transfer service and will never book it again.

Since we have booked there several times we were not disappointed this time. Everything worked out great from booking to transport was everything great. And another highlight I forgot my phone in the car what I got on demand the same day from the Seja Group to the hotel. So top Service. Always happy to.

We were picked up from Antalya airport at just before 1am midnight. Two adults with 8 month baby. 10 minutes before the hotel arrival, the driver nodded off at the wheel and took the guardrail with him once completely. Thank God nothing worse happened. The brazen thing is that the driver didn't even admit it and played it down. No apology- no everything is okay- no sense of responsibility!! If you are tired you should not chauffeur people!!! I cancelled the return transfer - unfortunately never again with Seja Group!

It was an all-round perfect transfer. On arrival we had to wait longer for our suitcases, which was no problem however and the driver waited for us. Both the employee who took us to the vehicle and our driver were incredibly nice and had a very safe feeling all the time. Anytime again!
