Wonderful experience we will not forget. The balloon ride was amazing and the ruins were spectacular. Would definitely recommend.

This tour was absolutely one of the highlights of my Turkey trip! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and smooth. The hot air balloon ride over Pamukkale was magical — stunning views, peaceful skies, and a very safe and professional setup. A special shoutout to our guide Levent, who was fantastic throughout the day. He was friendly, informative, and really went the extra mile to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. His knowledge of the area and Turkish history added so much value to the experience. The two meals included were also delicious and gave a great taste of local flavors. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Antalya or nearby — this is a full-day adventure you’ll never forget!
Hot Air Balloon was amazing definitely worth it But Journey was a very long journey Breakfast and lunch was provided very disappointed of both get charged extra for everything We thought the trip into Pamukkale Hieraplois was included this was not the case. Overall disappointed of the trip for what we payed If doing it again we would just to the balloon trip
This was very good value for money. An early morning start but worth it. Everyone slept on the coach in the morning so this helped. Everything ran smoothly and to time. The baloon flight was excellent - only 2 or 3 people in each section of the baloon basket (rather than 6 on a previous flight I have done elsewhere) so we could move around and get good views. We had plenty of time to enjoy Pamukkale and Hieropolis. The food was good especially the buffet lunch. A knowledgable guide. The only point for improvement is that we were told of the pick up time late on the night before when you might already be in bed for an early start! This was good news because it was at a later time.
We had the most Amazing time! If you are second guessing this tour because of price or too good to be true don’t! It really is amazing! It is a long day but the tour more than accommodate for stops. You need to remember you are going to a balloon site beyond the mountains and it’s not a 2 minute walk! Take some cash - euros - lira etc and you can pay by card at the heritage site. Extra charges are Hierapolis 30 euro and if you want to go in cleopatras pool ( highly recommend ) it’s 700tl - no photos in the pool ( can around the pool there is also toilets cafe snacks here. If you decide not to go into the world heritage site there are cafe snacks shop etc . The pools at pemmukke are amazing - pools all full in the new year obviously they are hot. The hot air balloon Wow what’s can I say worth every second , start to finish it is beautiful - we got to see the full balloon set up and you can see some of the salt in the distance on the mountain and it’s just phenomenal! The staff are so lovely - you will get asked for your passport details before your flight this is standard. The champagne is very tasty and fruity not to worry. You have 45 minutes in the air and there are lots of pretty balloons. You can see for miles. The men that deal with the balloons are very efficient and do a great job. The coffee offered here which you may not be able to see because of the balloons is a full coffee van so get yourself a good cuppa they have a full range and are a couple of euro. There is a man that will come ask and offers you one and bring it to you while you wait to board your balloon he is very efficient. Breakfast is at a cafe and food is traditional Turkish breakfast. If you have kids / fussy eaters take snacks / buy at a stop. There is bread Nutella and honey though. Lunch is a Buffett and has everything from salad to Turkish to spaghetti and lots of desserts. drinks are extra and a soda is 3-4 euro. If you are on this trip it is best to listen to your guide and drivers / pilot as things run promptly and to schedule. Always remember to tip as it is polite to do so! You will also get chance to go to an onyx factory ( if you want something onyx this is the place to buy it as not easily available online) and the leather shop you stop at has also a cafe and Turkish delight. Both are quick 15 minute rest breaks on the way back where you can also use the facilities but the onyx is beautiful and worth purchasing a goblet or 2 or a tankard! Every thing runs to a tight schedule as it is a long but most amazing day!
A smooth and well organised trip with good communication. The hot air balloon ride was awesome and it was amazing to see all the balloons rising with us. The Hierapolis excursion with its historical significance was also enjoyable. I’d like to give a special mention to our guide Inci. She was an enthusiastic guide who kept us on track, gave us plenty of useful information and prepped us to barter with the locals 🙃
The hot air balloon ride was amazing, we managed to see the sunrise. The breakfast was good, lunch was not bad. The tour of the city was good, the tour guide gave us a lot of information. The ride back was really long though since there was a complication with the transport and by the time we got back into the city we hit rush hour. Over all worth the money
We had an awesome time. I must say though, breakfast was a complete disgrace. It was so disappointing, as we had already been awake for 5-6 hours only to be met by dry bread and some mushy tomatoes. The rest of the trip was worth it and lunch was amazing. Overall I’d really recommend this trip
The trip, while long, but because we took from Antalya, was very well organised. Pick up services informed close to the pickup time and with appropriate details. The tour guide was well informed and was very happy to share facts, and answered many of my follow up questions and was very accommodating. If you take to tour from Antalya, as we did, it is a bit of sleepless night as you will.need to leave after midnight, but sunrise in hot air balloon felt like a very worthy reward. It was an amazing flight, definitely exceeded my expectations. Visit to Hierapolis was great! The site is massive!! The guide was giving a lot of historical facts and this made a visit an interesting one. I recommend it for sure, as you can catch up on lost sleep in the transport mini van or the next day, but worth is for sure!
Wow what a wonderful experience the whole trip is 16 hours plus and great value for money. Our guide Osman who keeps your informed of every aspect of the trip and speaks English extremely well was a star , The balloon ride lasts about 45 minutes and you experience a beautiful sunrise surrounded by other balloons., you fly over the ancient city of Pamukkale and the view is stunning, you then go for breakfast which nice and then onto Pamukkale ancient city and cleopatra springs and finishing with lunch which was very nice.amazing value for money.10 out of 10
Tour was awesome guide was very helpful though he did not speak the same language he made sure he is available to help all then time when needed
The driver and tour guide were amazing, nice, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout the whole trip. The air balloons is definitely a great experience for anyone willing to try. The views were great and the whole process was well explained. The food was good, with the lunch being particularly great. However when visiting Pamukkale note that there are extra entry fees such as for entering the cleopatra pool. Also, the Pamukkale water is not as perfect as advertised. Yes the water and white stone is gorgeous but the nice part you are not even allowed to go in, and the other parts are extremely shallow. The images depict a serene scape of natural pools that you can take a dip in however that's just Instagram not the reality, in reality people don't often sit or lay in the waters, only put their feet in them. Also note that walking on the white stones can be very painful on the feet as there are sharp rocks and slippery edges. Besides this, the tour was fantastic, a definite recommend. You can find whatever you are looking for.
The balloon ride was amazing, but the pick up was not comfortable and AC not working properly (40 degree outside). The tour afterwards kind of wasting time. Lunch was good.
I booked this the day before after reading the great reviews. I can confirm the communication of the tour company was brilliant! They kept me informed about pick up times. Osman our tour guide was extremely helpful. Very informative and knew all the facts. He kept the jokes going throughout the day. Very polite and a delight to be around. Thank you Osman! Highly recommend booking this particular experience as the hot air balloon ride is one of a kind, followed by breakfast and 3 hours at the historic centre, where there are pools, museums, ruins, a lot to do in 3 hours and finally finishes off with a buffet style lunch. Ps: for anyone who wants a dip in the pool, bring a swimsuit and towel. I followed that tip from another review and very grateful that I did as the hot springs pool is worth a plunge. Thank you for a memorable experience! Monica
We highly recommend this trip! The entire experience was fantastic. I would like to give special thanks to Hasan ,who took excellent care of my daughter, allowing us to enjoy the hot air balloon ride worry-free. The views were breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. Everything was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back for another adventure!
The driver and guide are super friendly and kind. I'm happy with the tour, the only thing I was sad about was taking the risk of not having the tour, and going late when the sky wasn't so beautiful with lots of balloons. I imagined one thing and something else happened. But I understand that unforeseen events happen and that it was no one's fault. But thanks God we did it and it was certainly worth the experience. Ah, the breakfast wasn't the best, but the lunch was perfect!.
This is a very disorganized and tiring excursion. We were picked up at 1:50 AM from our hotel. Then followed a bumpy bus ride for several hours. My friend and I attempted sleep but the passenger behind me threw a fit about reclining the seats. Then, once we finally arrived at the hot air balloon destination, the sun had already started rising. Our tour guide Ali then asked for 16 people to get on the tour bus for the hot air balloon so everyone rushed to the van. However, there were more than 16 participants so the rest of us were told that we would have to wait until the first round of people finished their ride. That was extremely unprofessional as we were expecting a sunrise hot air balloon ride and not told that there would be multiple waves. Eventually, we did make it on the ride and it was a enjoyable 30 minutes journey. (I would recommend booking directly with the hot air balloon company) Then, we had breakfast which was ok. There were lots of bus logistics issues which meant a lot of waiting around while on little sleep. Then, we were taken to the "Onyx factor" which is a total scam for tourists. Then, we went to the historical site for 3-4 hours which was way too long honestly. After that we had an okay lunch and headed back. They made us stop at another tourist shop on the way back. The bus ride back was even more terrible as we had to wait around to switch buses. Finally when we got on the van to go back to our hotel, the bus driver proceeds to get lost. We did not make it home until 20:00. After the bus driver drove past our hotel even when we said to stop, we decided to just walk back because we could not stay on the bus anymore. Overall, this was a horrible excursion and I would NOT recommend. The 30 minute balloon ride was really great but not worth the 17 hours of hassle. Book with a better company
Amazing esperienze Very good servire and assistente Great customer service with directory chat on my mobile Very much raccomended
The experience was very good, picked up on time with private air conditioned minibus. The hot air balloon ride was an amazing experience and I felt safe at all times. Hierapolis ancient city was also really worth it, I recommend paying the entrance to see it. Overall the tour was really good and worth the money and our tour guide explained to us different history and facts during our drives and at Hierapolis Ancient City. If you want to swim in the Antique pool remember to bring towel and swimsuit.
The Best experience in my life.... we were very lucky to get this opportunity to fly after we had 2 of bookings cancelled in Cappadocia and lastly we got it in Pamukkale. Thanks
What a day! From start to finish we had a wonderful time on this tour. Our guide Ali was very informative, friendly and funny. The hot air balloon ride was a once in a lifetime experience we will never forget. Herapolis and its thermal pools was such a majestic place. The tour was well executed, be aware it is a long day - we were knackered by the end but it was 100% worth the tiredness😆 Food was lovely, breakfast and lunch were good quality, I wouldn’t say overly lavish, but it kept us fed! Thankyou to all the team for a great experience, it was well worth every penny!
What an incredible way to celebrate our anniversary with our family. A beautiful sunrise, a hot air balloon ride with a celebratory drink and then the chance to see Hieropolis, bathe in Cleopatra’s pool and experience the turquoise beauty of the cotton castle itself. It was wonderful! Hussein and Jamal were perfect in showing us everything and keeping us entertained 🤩
The Pamukalle tour was a very serene and breathtaking experience! Me and my brother loved every minute of our time with you guys. Thank you so much for the experience of a lifetime!💯♥️
We had a great trip with a good driver, a good guide and a fantastic baloontrip with our kids of 6 and 9 years.
The trip was perfect. We had a great guide, a good driver and a fantastic airbaloon trip. We used an hour in the ancient bath which was nice with the warm water and the cool weather.
Totally enjoyed it ! Kids loved it ! The tour guide & driver was absolutely great !!! Good service & fluent English speaker : thanks Ali & Omer !!! Thank you
Excursion to the top everything is very well spend this beautiful.lequipe is at the top Ismael was a love I recommend X100
It was magical! Ballooning over Pamukkale is one of the most vivid experiences of my life. We were picked up at night before dawn in a cool car, and on our way to the launch site, the magic of the moment could be felt: dozens of balls slowly rising in the dark sky like flashlights. The take-off turned out to be incredibly smooth — like you just start floating in the air. The pilot was professional, explaining everything, creating a sense of security. The flight lasted about an hour, but it flew by like an instant. After landing we were waiting for certificates and a glass of champagne - a small but nice touch. If you are planning a trip to Turkey - it is a must-have. Pamukkale from above is a completely different perception. I recommend it 100%!
The view was wonderful. We took so many pictures. Here, the early rise was worth it. Unfortunately, the trip was a bit clouded, as the tour guide was very verbose. There was either no or only poor information. Only in Pamukkale we were allowed to learn a bit about the story, this was then explained very easily and understandably. Furthermore, we felt that we were on a sales drive. There were 2 sales stops made. The included breakfast and lunch was very paltry and not appropriate to the description of the excursion.
It was a great experience. The bus trip from Antalya (Lara) to Pammukale is a long one, but definitely worth it. You travel in the night and have not been able to see anything of the surroundings Upon arriving at the balloons being prepared, more of the environment becomes visible and then the final sunrise completes it. Then champagne after landing with the very friendly crew.
Very good guide Osman. Good knowledge of the sites Really nice . Thank you. He took good care of us We had a great day
