Dilek is a very great and responsible guide. Although it is rainy today but I really enjoy my trip. The lunch is also very good.

This does not worth money and time you spend. The trip takes enormous time , about 4.5 hr , unnecessary stops on textile and stone factory, just spend time . Travel for 8 hours , just agitation to see salt bath , Cleopatra pool is closed and no one tells you in advance . Bad experience

I had a fantastic experience on the Pamukkale tour from Antalya. Our guide, Dilek Sozen, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the day truly enjoyable. The vehicle was comfortable, and the timing of each stop was perfect—just ahead of the crowds. The lunch venue and food were outstanding, offering a great variety. Overall, for the amount I paid, the experience far exceeded my expectations.

My wife and I visited Pamukkale and Heirapolis on 04 June 2025 using Solymos travels via Tripadvisor. We were very happy with how well everything was organised and special thanks to Mr. Baran, our tour guide who was quite knowledgeable and very likeable as a person, always carrying himself with a smile. He told us his stories and a lot about the culture and traditions of the land. He had planned the Pamukkale visit during other operators’ lunch breaks so that it wasn’t very crowded at the site, which was smart, we could get good pictures. They gave us close to 2 hours 30 mins for both these sites (cleopatra pools is unfortunately closed for maintenance). The buffet also is also worth mentioning, quite a lot of options to choose and was tasty. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and an easy recommendation.

Fascinating day, well above expectations from early pickup (modern minibus) to different sites and informative , witty, delightful tour guide who kept us informed not only about itinerary but also insights into the history and culture of Turkey throughout the say. Just brilliant. 💯 recommend the guide and trip. Hieropolis and Cleopatra's Pools AMAZING.

The appointment is on time and travel goes smoothly. Our tour guide is very intelligent and interesting as all information she delivered are truly amazing ang well researched. Our tour driver is interesting too. I would like to specially mention her name :Dilek is amazing woman! I wish to come back and ride with her and her driver. We are back on time. The Pamukkale trip is wonderful, a God made mountain, and full of historical substance. I highly recommend this trip.

Did this trip with my wife in Sep'24 and loved it completely ❤️ The program was well planned and the drive was made comfortable by a nice AC vehicle! Most prominently our guide on the trip was Bekir Yavuz, who was on top of his game! He was an excellent repository of local knowledge on Antalya and Pamukkale w.r.t history and culture! His way of sharing information was very unique and engaging.....he would use funny statements and relevant anecdotes to keep everyone engaged! His fluency in English was amazing, which is a luxury in this part of the world! He can beat a regular stand-up comedian any day hands down! All in all it was a pleasure to have him around! Highly recommended trip, and if you are lucky to have Bekir - cherry on the cake! 🍰

Dilek was exceptional! She is a bundle of joy and took care of us really well. She has a lot of knowledge, made great suggestions and tended to all our needs. She went above and beyond to make our trip fantastic.

The scenery from this trip was great. The food we got at lunch was beyond my expectations (it's an early buffet so you don't need breakfast). Our guide Bekir was a highlight as well. Basically everything about this trip was great. The only consideration which they can't help is how much of the day is spent driving. If you don't mind then you don't mind, but it's maybe 7 hours in total.

We loved Pamukkale, it met our expectations. We found it was enough time. We swam in Cleopatra’s pool but it is quite hot. It’s a bit overrated really, not worth 10EU. Dilek was a wonderful young guide. Oh and the lunch stop was very good, a great selection of foods and also many desserts. We had stops to break the trip but the drive was quite pleasant anyway. I’m glad we went.

Although the drive to Pamukkale was quite long, the trip with our tour guide, Bakrr, was very enjoyable. He's very cheerful, shared a lot of interesting information about the local and the country.

It was very highly organised and effective day tour. The lunch was really good and great options for desserts. Special mention to our tour guide Bekir who went above and beyond to make our day better. He catered the needs of us and tailored it to our expectations.

the two pools that still has water in them is pretty, but it is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like your images that is shared. The ride there was terrible, uncomfortable seats, taking unnecessary long smoke breaks and then a pointless stop at a marble factory with exuberant prices. If we left as planned or even earlier, the whole trip would have been more enjoyable. When we got there, it was so hot that you cannot breath, and this could have been avoided just to arrive a bit earlier. Upon our drive back we had a 15 minute break, but ended up waiting another 15 minutes for the driver because he went for lunch. Our drive back ended up in peak hour in Antalya where the driver decided to first go and drop off the tour guide, which gave us another 90 minute detour in traffic. This trip could have been such an enjoyable trip, yet the organization of this is absolutely terrible. WOULD DEFO NOT recommend.

Great trip! Dilek Sözen was a great guide. She shared a lot of great facts and her english was very good! She made sure everyone happy and was safe! Cleopatras Pool was absolutely amazing to swim in! Pammukale therm bath was really busy (with tourist), but still fun! And the ruins of the temples and the theatre was so interesting! The lunch was delicious, and there was a lot of stops so people could buy ekstra drinks or food and such. We went to a workshop to look at some gemstone items. I loved this surprise, because I love gemstones, but I think they should note this in the package info 🙏

We had Bekir as our tour guide and he was excellent! The tour and activities were great, you have enough time to do what you want, great buffet selection for lunch, seeing Pamukkale is beautiful and worth visiting this natural beauty.

The trip to Pamukkale was really well organised. Our tour guide Yakup made the trip even better, very funny guy, taking care of us at all times and making sure we had a great day. He also taught us lot of things about Turkey. Regarding Pamukkale is just a must, it doesn’t matter how many pictures have you seen before! Remember to bring your swimsuit cause it really worths it (I paid for the Cleopatra swimming pools too but tbh you won’t miss a big thing if you choose not to visit them) Also the lunch was really good, plenty of choices and good quality. 10/10 Solymos Travel and Yakup

Very good tour the cleopatra's pool was very good and also the car and the guide were very good. The lunch was a bit early but It was very tasty.

Dilek did a great job as a tour guide! It was very hot, so wear a hat and bring lots of water. Even though it was so hot, Dilek had a great attitude and we learned a lot about Antalya and Pamukkale.

Bejor is exceptionally good. He is very friendly. He goes out of the way to explain things. He has very fluent English accent.

Good tour- the minibus is new and clean. Slightly cozy so dont bring a huge bag. The tour was as promised, lunch was good for a tour with quite a variety of mezze, and enough free time given to explore. Side trips possible if keen. Tour guide Dilek was very informative and helpful. Would recommend.

Was fun experience with the guide. She was always cheerful and told us the story and history of Antalya and Pamukkale. We also had plenty of time to experience the ruins and pools by ourselves and I would really recommend this trip! The lunch was excellent.

Pamukale is a must you should definitely visit and see something very different which we haven’t seen before, also Beker our tour guide he was always there for us and has deep knowledge about each and everything. He has answers for everything also very sweet person

Our guide was fantastic and did an excellent job of explaining everything and added historial and cultural context to what we were experiencing. It was a 13 hour day and to be honest I’d say it probably wasn’t worth 9 hours in a bus to experience.

Tour was amazing. Comfortable air conditioned mini bus to the site. With plenty of rest stops for bathroom breaks and food along the way. Informative and helpful tour guide Dilek took us around the sites and gave the history of all parts of the site.
