We really enjoyed it. They were very communicative. And he was really good at answering questions answering telling us the history. He seen us tired and let us sleep and would pause his history lesson. And it wasn't that expensive. He told us what he did, and let us choose.

The tour was organised very professionally and our tour guide Osman was very helpful. Pamukkale is a wonderful place for sightseeing, photo opportunities and swimming in its thermal waters (which felt like a jacuzzi) The only downside is because Pamukkale is quite far away from Antalya, we were picked up around 5 am to reach there, so people should be ready to wake up early for this trip - its totally worth it!

Dry Pamukale with very low watter, all place is drying because of not enough watter. All pools are dry, only by the road a few pools have watter. They will destroy this beautiful place. Been there a few days ago, very disapointed. The bar near the pool is very dirty, the peaple that work there didnt clan the tables outside ?? Why ?? Rally very sad experiance.

We felt comfortable the entire trip. Our guide was very thoughtful and helped everyone get to where they needed to go and gave everyone options during the day. The trip was very well organised and everything was on time. The tour guide Merve was amazing. She had a great command of the English language and took time to explain a lot of the history whilst we drove, as well as when we were at the venues. We also had a lot of time to explore on our own. The transportation was well planned and very prompt. The friendliness of the team was wonderful. My daughter dropped her phone on the bus and this was returned to the hotel the next evening. This service exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend if you want to have a small group experience, with a lot of time taken to make the experience special and with a provider with integrity.

The trip was well organised and the guide was super nice. He told us a lot of interesting facts. We also had plenty of time to enjoy Pamukkale by ourselves. 3 hours in which we could swim and walk around. I had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Hi, We recently had a day trip at Pamukkale. Swimming in mineral water is highly recomended if you want to relax in the warmly fresh water. The cotton terrace is still there with amazing blue water, although just a small portion of the terrace has water there. So you should keep your expectations lower than what you see from the iconic photo was advertised. Tour Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food serve is buffet alike and it's decent according to our taste, but come with a variety of selection. Salad table is plentiful and fresh. I wish they could include fish in the menu. Speical thanks to both driver and tour guider for a great and safe trip. BR, L

Recep was a gracious tour guide and Mehmet was a very efficient driver. They both were very polite and accomodating. Pick-up with the van was on time, the long drive was comfortable with several stops to stretch our legs and have a meal or some tea and shopping. Of course, the Pamukkale travertines didn’t disappoint. There’s not much to see in the remains of the Hierapolis but the Amphitheater is worth seeing. Thanks again for a lovely tour. They both deserve a Tip please. I do encourage to tip your tour guides and drivers on these tour. Thanks again.

I chose the Pamukkale tour for a trip with my family. The pick-up was done on time, and our group was on time and satisfied. The view of Pamukkale was so good that I was able to get the best shot of my life. Best ever guide Sunai(sorry for the spelling) and driver Ramada! Firstly, the car is so nice feel it was well cared for and very comfortable! Our guide was a super lady very knowledgeable and friendly! We could even change money with our guide! The whole trip lasted about 12-14 hours and it did not feel that long because we had short breaks in between and stunning views to see at Pamukkale, the weather was wonderful and it was just out best ever memory in Turkey. The team worked in the background was very helpful too, we had confirmation a day before the tour to arrange the pick up time and any extra visits that we may need to prepare money for. All this wonderful work was done by an incredible team! Thank you 🙏

The trip is good so far, the Guide (Argun) is also very nice and funny. But sometimes I can't catch his word because of his accents, So maybe the Guide can speak slowly and cleary because what the way he told the story is great. 2 hours is not enough to spend in pamukkale for me and friends, we cannot explote more because of limited time. Maybe you can reduce the number of transit place.

Pamukkale is a must visit place and one must endeavour to swim in cleopatra public pool. The drive is around 3 hours from antalya which was made comfortable with stops after intervals. The food at restaurant was good with good variety of veg options. The guide (bekir ) gave us a detailed information of the place and tour program which made it easy. Overall a great experience.

The tour is great, everybody should take this if in Antalya for one day. The tour didn't start under the best of circumstances, since we left more than one hour late. But after that, everything went perfect. Merve, our guide, is amazing. She's so knowledgeable and has a special gift of making the stories fun and entertaining with a perfect balance between history and current affairs and life in Turkey. As for the Pamukkale, it's difficult to find words to describe a place like this. The baths are unique and special and the Hierapolis is fantastic. For someone interested in world history there are so many things to see and explore. We spent 3 hours on the site and I would have stayed much, much more. A recommendation for those interested in history, make sure you don't miss the museum, there are some extraordinary things to see there. Thank you Merve for the day, we really enjoyed it!

I had a great time. The diction of the guide was perfect. Good attention and respect. I liked that they have waited for other colleagues, but not so much as to be uncomfortable the others👌.

I booked this day trip a day before as it was a last minute plan however I got a very prompt response after the booking. The pick up was on time and the driver drove us safely during the entire return journey. We had a few breaks to grab some eateries and visit the toilet during the long journey so that we won't get hungry at all. The tour guide were informative and he was very patient even when we were late sometimes. Everything was well planned. I'd highly recommend this tour company if you plan to visit Turkey in future!

Great communication from the company via WhatsApp. We have some queries aabout the tour and they replied promptly. They also inform about the pickup time the night before. Tour guide was nice and friendly. However the place felt underrated and overcrowded. Bad idea to visit in summer as the weather is unbearable. Journey takes to travel to and fro is 4x the amount of time taken to tour the place.
