Very helpful guide that shared the history of the attractions
Fantastic experience! Great organization, friendly staff, and an unforgettable Pamukkale tour. Highly recommend!
This experience is amazing, our guide Levit was awesome, he took us some great pictures and give us a lot of interesting information, lunch incluided in the activity was delicious
Was a very comfortable trip to Pamukale and Osman our guide made it even more pleasant. Good breaks not too long , both driver and Osman were pleasant and reliable.
Yet again a wonderful tour to Pamukkale and Hierapolis with Ceyda and Mr Matins The expertise and information from Ceyda was informative and very interesting. Loved every moment.
It's comfortable and nice :) hope you guys have a great time
Very perfect experience and good weather guide very carefully explained each place. Guide had a very good grasp of the place and it's history.
Tour guide great. Vast knowledge of the attractions and history
Loved it our guide Necla was great
Thank you necls who is professional tour guide in Pamukkale and Hierapolis. We wish to see her agin next time. Cheers Jimbo Wang
Very interesting information about everything in the trip: we really like the hierapolis (pumakkale) part of the tour, enjoyed the food and also relax in the travertine pools. Such a cultural and relaxing tour to do with family!
The tour was great. It took long drive to get to the Ancient city from antalya but it’s worth it the trip! The view was amazing, I took so many photos and videos. The guide ‘Hasan’ is also very informative. Overall it was great.
Fatima and our driver were great. It would have been helpful to be told the Cleopatra pools were closed before we booked.
Guide lady was nice, actually I think she was born to be a guide, she was talking maybe around 1h on the way so even it s a long way, time went fast also bcs of her. All - travertine mountain, ancient city, theathre, cleopatra pool is in one area with the same entrance. It s a long way, we had abt 3h free time to visit it all and it was not enough for me. Even though it s all in one place, it s a big area and I didnt have time to experience it all properly. On the way there we also stopped at stone shop for 30min and breakfast for 25min. At lunch we could choose from many courses and deserts. This tour is very nice, it a pity we had just 3h free time there. There were not so many ppl in December thwre. Water in Cleopatra pool was nice and hot, almost empty pool which was perfect.
It's a wonderful experience. It totally worths the money and time. The van is comfy. This is very important as it takes long rides between Antalya and Pamukkale. Enough free time is given for photo taking and self exploration. There are some points of selling souvenirs which is totally acceptable. The only drawback is the lunch.
I had an excellent experience on this tour! The transportation was punctual, and the guide was both patient and incredibly knowledgeable about the region. Every detail was handled perfectly, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a well-organized and informative trip!
Whilst it seemed like a big commitment (5:30am pick up and a whole day) this was definitely worth it. There are breaks on the journey for breakfast/toilet. Amazing travertine pools just take your breath away (very bright indeed under Turkish sun - bring your darkest sunglasses!) and a simply stunning sight. You get almost 3 hours to explore the site but that goes quite quickly - there's a lot to see. I might miss Cleopatra's pool if we went again, my wife says go round the museum more briskly!!! We found the ruins and museum are both very interesting. Amazing to see things that were thousands of years old when the pyramids were being constructed. Not sure I'd recommend this day trip if you have younger children or people who have limited mobility. Wonderful, memorable day! The only slight negative for us was the wine tasting - bit of a tourist trap and the only liquid we liked was the pomegranate tea. We paid in TL and got change in dollars :( It's a poor thing if you don't even keep your own currency in the till.
Recep is a nice guy and a good tour guide. Pamukkale is do not miss destination if you are in Antalya. It is a wonder of the world I would say. The lunch was good. You have to buy drinks but they are affordable. Strongly recomand this tour provider.
Gamuza was amazing at explaining everything and made everyone on the tour feel very welcome! One of the best tour guides I have ever had.
It was a great tour with nice introductions and arrangements. The view was also amazing. Definitely worth it. Wanna visit again in the future!
Overall a great experience, the guide made the experience even more enjoyable with his charismatic personality and knowledge about the historical sites. The food was good but nothing amazing. Would recommend going on a cooler day if you can as there is a lot of walking to see the ruins. Pamukkale itself was beautiful and some great views from the top
Nice 1-day tour, guide provides good explanations and info, driver was also driving in a stable and safe manner, lunch was also yummy
We went to Pammukale, Hierapolis and Vineyard with our guide Mr. Bikhilz. He is such a lively person with terrific understanding and knowledge on the sites. He had explained everything from the root of the history with the current scenarios and situations considering the sites. Overall it was a great experience for us in terms of learning and enjoying the picturesque views.
Nice tour guide mr. Nadeem very recommended tour by the way and specially the food (buffet) is amazing for asian especially indonesian ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The view was fantastic. We walked through the amazing Cotton Castle. That was a marblous experience. Omar, the guide, was very friendly and informative. Thanks to the drivers, we enjoyed the journey safely till the end.
I want to tell you that the tour was incredible. All the activities were super fun and interesting, and the guide Ercan was simply wonderful. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout the trip. He really made the experience even better. Everything was perfect!
Our guide Merve was the highlight of the day. She is very fluent in english and easy to understand. Furthermore, she's also very knowledgeable about the history of Turkiye, as well as Pamukkale and Hierapolis. We learnt a lot with her and she also made it fun along the way toward Pamukkale. We started the trip in Antalya and stopped once for breakfast on the way and later on for a bathroom break. In order for us to enjoy lunch and as it was also soon lunchtime, our guide decided to stop first for lunch. As we were a bit early, we stopped at an onyx factory and got to learn a little bit about onyx. For those who wanted, there was the possibility to buy something in the store, yet no one was pressured nor forced to buy anything. I decided to leave the store after 5 mins and it was fine. Lunch was in a pretty venue, there was a large buffet with hot and cold meals (also vegeterian options), as well as sweets. We had enough time to have our lunch and chat with our group and the food tasted great! Our guide also offered to book additional activities on site (paragliding or gyrocopter tour) for additional fees, however again, here there was no forcing to chose those activities and no one in our group did. When we arrived in Pamukkale, Merve, our guide, went inside with us and took about 30ish minutes to give us a quick tour of all the possibilities the site has to offer. Then, we had some free time (approx. 2.5hours) to explore whichever areas we wanted. The site has many things to offer, thus if you really want to do "everything", please note that 2.5hours are not enough. However, we were aware of this, as the tour clearly stated the time we would have on the site and decided to prioritize the areas that interested us most. There's plenty of restaurants on site as well, if you are hungry or thirsty and the prices are ok. Also, you can dip your feet in the sipping water for free and walk along the wall with the pools, or for an additional fee you can relax and even swim in another pool called "Cleopatra pool". This is optional and only 1 person of our group did it. We left the site around 4.15pm and were back in Antalya around 8pm.
The overall experience was dissappointing for the following reasons: 1) The tour guide had little english and did not explain any history of Pamukkale or Hierapolis. 2) It took us 5 hours and 3 unscheduled stops to arrive at Pamukkale, none of these stops had been mentioned. It only took 3.5 hours to return with only one stop. 3) There was not enougth time at Pamukkale/Hierapolis, the 3 hours provided was not enough for a day tour of 12 hours duration! 4) Lunch was at 3.30pm at the end of the day Overall I would not recommend this tour at all.
It was on my bucket list so was fulfilling to visit Pamukkale. The driver picked met up on time. Overall the trip is according to planning. Tourguide was great and vivid. Lunch was quick but it was enough to get to Pamukkale on time. Driver was friendly and drove me back to my hotel.
Amazing experience, Sunay is simply the best guide. Thank you Zeki for your organisation. Pick up on time, bus and travel comfortable.
Lovely place with calcium white walls and blue water !!! It looks exactly like instagram just woth little caveat that there are many people . Guide - Bakut was knowledgeable and fun ! He told the history of the place and guided to right photograph places . Lunch was arranged as part of tour , i loved the vegeterian options . Only obaervatiom that if you dont use the cleopatra pool , you cant change your clothes . Kinda challenging otherwise all arrangements of safety and convenience exist :)
Thermal pools was so good.. beautiful and memorable experience ... This is a must in turkey so worth it
From pickup to drop-off process, every steps were controlled by a professional guide. Careful preparation and easy examination provide me with widening knowdge abot acient life and impressive sceneris of Pamukkale spring.
Beautiful tour with great views and historical spots. The guide was also very knowledgeable, and gave us more than enough time to leisurely see the whole place without any rush.
You should see it at least once. Organization and food was really good, safe drive and interesting facts about the region during the drive.
We did the tour with Ibrahim as our guide and he was so kind very considerate and took into account every wish of fellow travelers. It was especially important to us not to book a tour where you are led to tourist traps and with Tourmania we made exactly the right choice. In Pamukkale, we therefore had plenty of time (2.5 h) to look around and take photos ourselves.
Very good value for money. Good driver and tour guide. Worth it! Nice day trip to see historical Turkish places and learn more about Alexander the Great!
good and fast hospitality. i book in 12 may in 10.00 pm and tourmania accept and telp.me in 10 minute to confirm my tour. and 13 may in 7.00 am, tour pick up me to pamukkale.good
It is our first trip to Turkey and we are pleasantly surprised with the hospitality of its people. We are happy with the trip to Pamukkale & Hierapolis with the experienced guide and careful driver Also, the coordinator was very prompt with follow up. 5 stars. Blessings
Everything was amazing and so relaxed ! Very nice People. The Trip was stunning and we took many Pics - we just lovef it! And big thanks to Yusuf.
it was lovely day,,w nice guide,e thing was perfect,,,driver great,,kind...thank y for the best trip .
The guide was very kind and helpful as well as the driver We enjoyed our trip Pammukale was amazing I recommend a 100% Lunch was perfect it was a buffet and we had a very nice time
Planning was done well. Everything ran according to schedule. The guide was willing to accommodate changes to schedule based on popular opinion. Very friendly and soft spoken
The transport bus provided was pathetic , unsafe and terrible Off al the trips I have booked with aviator this is the worst
Interesting expérience but were Many people in pamukkale and at the beginning the guide was very serious but not engaged in our visit to pamukkale ( we were obligated to go alone to the théâtre, he was busy)
This great for getting it checked off your Bucket list, and better than Cappadocia in my opinion. Loved the experience, cleopatras pool and seeing the ruins.
The tour guide (Batu) was very knowledgeable, kind and patience. The tour is well paced and you have free time to explore both sights. The buffet lunch was very tasty and varied. You can also add paragliding to your tour at an additional price.
Tour Guide was not at all good. She did not convey anything properly. So We missed visiting the antique Cleopatra pool. Time given was not sufficient to visit the places. They will misguide the tourists by taking them to Onyx stone factory which is waste of time.
We were really disappointed with this tour and won't recommend it to anyone. I'll elaborate by reasons for the above: 1. This tour wss advertised as having English as the tour language, which was clearly not the case. ~75% of all commentary by the guide was in Russian. The bit that was in English was barely comprehensible. We really had to make an effort to make sense of any directions given to us in English. 2. There were absolutely NO Covid-19 measures in place! The tour was advertised to have the following: - Social distancing enforced throughout experience - Temperature checks for travellers upon arrival The above was not practised! There were a number of tourists on the bus who were constantly coughing and may have had Covid infection. 3. The bus driver decided to keep the air conditioning off throughout the day leaving the passengers stuck in a stuffy, hot bus with no ventilation. It was a very long bus ride so the above was a significant inconvenience. The driver did turn on the air con for sometime, but only later in the evening, on our way back, just before the staff passed around the envelopes for tips. 4. They didn't provide enough time for Hierapolis & Pamukkale. This was done so that they can stop at several ridiculously over-priced* tourist trap shops on the way back (to make commission from sales). We were allocated a total of under 3 hrs to complete the following: - Visit Hierapolis ruins - Visit Hierapolis Archaeology Museum - Visit +/- swim at the Cleopatra's pool - Visit Pamukkale Thermal Pools It was simply not possible to cover all of the above in 3 hrs so most tourists had to skip some of the above activities. We booked this trip to visit and enjoy Hierapolis & Pamukkale. The tourist company could have allocated more time for the main attraction instead of forcing the tourists to visit the tourist trap shops for their commission. The tourists were literally, passively forced to get out of the bus to visit the tourist trap shops as the bus driver would immediately turn the engine off upon stopping the bus at these shops, leaving the tourists sweltering in the bus. We wasted at least 3 hrs on these unnecessary stops! To summarise: this tour was a massive disappointment! We will not be recommending it to anyone. *To give the reader of this review an idea of how ridiculously expensive these tourist trap shops were: We bought some wooden souvenir bookmarks in Antalya for 5₺. These shops were selling the exact same item for ~20₺.
