We spent only 2 h in Pamukkale. It wasn’t possible to see half of attractions in such a short time. Kleopatra pool was closed which wasn’t in trip description. Even the day before I received info about price of pool wich meant it’s available. We spent time mostly in restaurants and souvenirs places.

Amazing tour. Would highly recommend. If you travel to Alanya, don't hesitate to book this tour. Experienced staff and sharing a lot of information.
Attention, this is not a salt deposit it’s minerals that have hardened over time into travertine marble. The water is probably tap water and is pumped around like a fountain you’d have in your garden. There is limited access to dip your toes in but there’d be no discernible benefit health wise. We expected to be exfoliating ourselves in a salty bath of beneficial natural spring water. The tour companies and guides will only tell you it’s being refurbished and there’s hardly any water there until you get there. A complete waste of time and money. Be warned, Alanya is a 5 hour drive from here but the tours will take you to a few stops on route so you can spend money in the local businesses. It took us a total of 11 hours to get to the actual site and we spent 15 minutes looking at the so called falls then spent another 10 hours getting back to our hotel.
It was an amazing trip. we started at 4am and they dropped us back at 10pm. Even it is that long but not even a minute we get bored. every one and half hour there is stop with some activity. We visited various nice places on the way. Salada lake was beautiful where we stopped for breakfast. we also visited one store --things make of stone. We had a lunch before reaching pamukkale. We explore it for three hours which was more than enough. On the way back we visited factory best sweets and herbal tea. they also have some nice jewellery items. Then we had dinner and then arrived back. You know what: breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the package ( buffet type) ... mind blowing.. it is completely worth your money. Guide was looking after we'll and driving was smooth.. hats off for driver.
We thought the pummakale area was beautiful to explore and definitely had enough time allocated, although to see it all in more detail would have needed longer, food served was okay not to a plain palates taste probably but we managed to eat something. All in all a good day in the sunshine.
Good trip advisor! The guide could speak really good english. So i will recommended it!. Breaksfast, lunch and dinner is included!
We had a fantastic time. The tour guide and coach driving were friendly and nice; they really took good care of us. However, the food choices were limited, and most foods that should have been hot were Yeah served cold. Pamukkale and Hierapolis were amazing. But the journey was six hours each way which was very tireding.
I would definitely recommend them as they are really amazing. The drive was long however the driver was very nice, he was not driving rough, on time and comfortable transport with much needed AC in this heat. The guide was amazing as well, he took us everywhere and checked we were okay, explained different things about the place. Also gave us his umbrella when we were struggling with heat, which is really kind of him. The lunch provided was good enough. Overall great experience. Just be mindful there is a lot of walking, please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, shuttle service available with extra price, with guide we never had to stand in the long queue waiting for entrance ticket he sorted everything for us.
We enjoyed our tour to Pamukkale and Lake Salda. Although this was a very long bus ride, it was very scenic. We enjoyed views of mountains during both sunrise and sunset.
The trip was very long but very nice. Bus pick up from hotel after we have breakfast. After breakfast we visit lake Solda , after we visit facktory after we have lunch . We visit Pamukkale and Heropolis . Also we how sim in Kreopatra swimming pool but you need pay extra. After we have visit wine factory and we trays regional wine. After we have dinner. The tour guide and driver going very good work.
I had a lovely tourguide who made sure we all got the best service, answered our questions and was very knowledgeable on geography and history. The bus was really clean and comfortable, with air condition. Big thanks to our driver too, as he was responsible and very considerate, especially when we were surpriced by rain and he made sure we got the best boarding possible. Lunch was an amazing experience with tasty food. I loved the opportunity to have a lot of time for ourselves when l could explore Pamukkale and anciant sites in my own pace. I got lucky with my tourmates and we all had an incredible day. I know a lot of people hated the stop in a jewlery wearhouse but it is also a once in a lifetime experience and one just had to admire all the work that is behind some of those pieces there. As an extra plus, l would like to point out confirmation a day prior and overall communication with the company, though it was only via WhatsApp.
Really enjoyable trip and the guide Suphan was very friendly and professional. Definitely recommended as it saved a lot of hassle booking a tour rather than queuing for such a long time as other people who came by themselves did.
Was really good experience But very busy there but would recommend as a must. Lots to do there. Guide was great
This was a great tour to see Pamukkale, Hieropolis and Cleopatra pool - we had 3 hours free time at the 3 activities which was enough. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were good, especially the kebab at lunch! The tour guides told us clearly the pick up time from our hotel and picked us up on time, and we stopped for plenty of breaks along the drive. They were friendly and helpful throughout the day, and made the day very enjoyable. Thanks all.
The guide was super! Very kind and interesting person with perfect knowledge's. Thank you very much for a perfect trip ❤️
The tour was well organized. We have enough breaks, for toilet or smoke. The guide was very kind and also the driver was good. We enjoyed the tour and I recommend.
Beautiful place. The guide told the story and kept an eye on the group. Food not good. There was no air conditioning in the bus.
We had an amazing experience. Both our tour guide Baku and bus driver were great. Baku was very informative and shared all the historical information to the way. Lunch which was included was above my expectation.
Everything was greate! I definitely recommend this trip, best price ... and good guide! Perfect tour!
Very beautiful place. The quide was also very good. We have very nice day with my son. Thank you. 🌞
All is great very beautiful city very clean nice people Recommended all to visit Alanya every thing is perfec
Guide was wonderful and nice. Gave some interesting information, nothing too much. Views were amazing.
All in all a really great trip. It is a long drive from Alayna, especially with stops for shops on the way back and forth. I would rather have had 1 hour more in pamukkale, than visit a jewelry and a winery on they way. But it was a very nice and fantastic place, and the Kleopatra hot springs was amazing. Frank - Denmark
A great trip! Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and multilingual which is no mean feat! I did feel sorry for her however thanks to a number of rude guests that were not paying attention to the times she said we had to meet up again! It was very arrogant! A few times, we were waiting an extra 15/20 minutes, all in all we wasted probably over an hour thanks to this! She could only do so much, she was firm, but what else can you do? We had ample time at each stop and people still took the mick! Buffet meals were very average, maybe bring your own stuff. Hierapolis is vast and impressive, cleopatras pool is definitely worth the extra entry fee, so definitely recommend that. One word of advice would be separate the Side and Antalya groups at the end rather than leaving some Antalya people on the side bus. As we were still in Antalya for over an hour, it was a long day when we started at 5am and were out for over 18 hours, so maybe a bit of consideration for the people from outside of Antalya would make the experience even better!
Excellent and beautiful place. Fact: there are few Our excellent guide attentive and with a brief history class intrigued us and in Greek and Roman times to see the theater! Cleopatra's and The Cotton Castle simply WONDERFUL

Pamukkale is amazing and well worth seeing - however I would recommend to take another tour there.
My pickup was late by about 30 min. Our guide was friendly but her English was a bit hard to understand and the chauffeur didn't know the way and drove to the wrong place many times.

A long day but one for your bucket list. All good and worth the money, do it as its a sight to amaze

Nice place, sorry the time was short. It would take a whole day to enjoy the whole ride. Very good!!!!!!!!
Der Reiseleiter war sehr gut. Pamukkale ist sehr interessant lohnt sich zu sehen. Wir hatten viel Spaß und das Cleópatra Bad war echt schön.
