What an amazing transport service. Booked last minute and everything was perfect. Really comfortable and luxurious car. Vibrating seats and electric foot rests. TV as well! And free chilled water. The friendly driver was waiting when we landed. Highly recommend

The taxi was 20 minutes late picking us up, I had to call the office to chase up. I was told the driver was waiting at a different hotel. Not sure why. The original pickup time was 0915 hours. The driver was polite but spent another 5 minutes looking for a WiFi device which he later found behind his seat. He made 2 further stops. I was stressing as we were getting late for our flight. We arrived at the Dalaman airport just at about 1135 hours, our flight departure gate closes at 1225. We rushed through the security and luggage are and just about made it. Did not get time to have lunch. It was stressful.

The Driver was on time with a sign of our name in his hand, he drives carefully and directly to the hotel. Great experience!

Such a relaxing and enjoyable vehicle to travel in with TV & music for entertainment, lots of room to spread out. I would recommend using this service for airport transfers. Pricing was very reasonable.

We booked this company again for our return to the airport because our other trip was so enjoyable and what we expected (AKA paid a premium for over an ordinary transfer). This was NOT the same experience. Vehicle had low functioning air conditioning meaning we were sweating the entire way. The driver said the wifi was an extra charge when we knew it was included and then he said it didn’t work? I wouldn’t say it was a very smooth journey either - lots of harsh breaking that could have been avoided if he wasn’t so close to traffic in front. Then when we arrived at the airport he asked us for a tip and grunted when we said no 🤣

We got picked up on time and all luggage was put into the vehicle by the driver. We set off promptly and even with 1 stop at the garage for a short break reached the airport in just over 1hour. WiFi worked great, vehicle was clean & tidy. Options for bottled water and to choose channel on TV. We had 5 adults all tall adults so only small down fall is slightly cramped on the 3 seater - but overall we would use this service again.

We were met just outside the terminal building at Dalaman airport by a friendly driver, clearly displaying the name of our lead passenger. The driver showed us to a very nice Mercedes minibus and loaded our cases for us. Inside, there was plenty of spacious, comfortable seating for us all. Before we departed to Marmaris, the driver showed us how to connect to the WiFi and gave us all complimentary cold water. We had a choice of music or video for the 90 minute journey. Lovely start to the holiday and so much nicer and quicker than the TUI coach.

I’ve used this service numerous times as the service is second to none. They’re always waiting when my flight arrives, brilliant vehicle, polite respectful diver who always offers cold drinks. Always on time for return transfer. I cannot recommend this company enough

Having booked this before we left for our trip and given the necessary flight time, I thought we were ok. However, when I hadn't received a pick-up time the day before I had to look for a telephone number and used WhatsApp to contact the company. I repeatedly asked for a pick-up time from our hotel to the airport and included our ticket voucher. After about an hour of messaging, where the company had the wrong details and assumed we needed a transfer FROM the airport to the hotel, I managed to eventually persuade them the trip was the other way round and we were going home! We were given a time of 10am. The driver was prompt. We were given water and free WiFi. The transport was lovely and took the time stated to get to the airport.

We booked a return transfer from Dalaman airport to D Maris Bay hotel which was an extra 30 minutes outside of the normal drop off in Marmaris, the communication between ourselves & the company was superb. The service was excellent, a lovely polite gentleman was waiting at the airport with our name written on a board, he kindly helped with our luggage, showed us to the vehicle which was spotlessly clean, comfortable & the perfect transportation for our onward journey after the flight. We were given complimentary water, sweets, soft drinks for our daughter & even offered a beer! There was WiFi & big screen tv in the bus which was another fantastic service. I really can’t recommend this company more. They were wonderful from start to finish.

We have known Jimmy for many years, and I would not go to anyone else for trips, advice or help. From transfers to and from Dalaman airport, all on time, all in luxury. Never had a problem. Fully air condition, clean, cold water and friendly drivers. We can’t fault it. Also nothing is ever too much for Jimmy, he makes our stay, with his cheery good mornings and always with a smile, even though he works so hard. If we ever need anything outside his tours he is happy to help. In the past he has booked our trips, we have had private boats for intimate early morning trips before the big boats go out. He has booked us ferry’s to other resorts, show tickets in town and recommended our favourite restaurant in Marmaris. I’ll keep that a secret, but if you ask Jimmy he will let you know and book it for you. And he asks nothing in return. Just a genuine good man. Thanks Jimmy, we look forward already to using Jimmys VIP transfer next year..

Second time using this company for my vip private transfer from dalaman to marmaris. I arrived on 15th april to the same driver as I had two years ago. He was there waiting for us on time and with a smile. He remembered me from two years ago which is always nice. The vehicle was very clean recliner seats tv mood lighting air con the lot. The driver stopped off at the first possible stop to provide us with our drinks that we got included, reason he did this is because if he already had them they would of been warm and not drinkable. So we all got nice cold bottles of effes! We arrived at our hotel safe and sound the driver is very helpful he unloaded all our cases just to add he did load them at dalaman too. He wished us a safe happy holiday and was on hes way I did give him a tip also. Leaving marmaris It was the same driver once again he was on time and still as friendly and happy. Glad i came back to this company see you again soon.

I don't understand how you can offer a VIP airport transfer in Turkish spring heat (with highs in excess of 30 degrees) where the air con either doesn't work, or the driver refused to turn it on. The vehicle looked nothing like the one in the pictures and we nearly passed out in the back due to the heat. Avoid like the plague

Booked a "VIP" airport transfer in Turkey. The pictures show a very well-kitted out, premium black van. The reality was a white VW passenger van, with duct tape on one side, however this wasn't the biggest issue. The transfer was on a day where the temperature was 29 degrees. The Aircon in the rear did not work. The fan on one side of the vehicle didn't work at all and on the other side it blew warm air. This made for an extremely uncomfortable one-and-a-half-hour journey that bordered on being dangerous considering we were travelling with two young children. What made things worse was that the driver kept arguing that the aircon was on max (even though one side didn't work at all) and I had to try and explain the difference between a fan blowing (very) warm air and aircon which is actually cold. I found this weird and patronising. Other minor issues include - the vehicle arrived 10 minutes earlier than agreed which left us feeling hurried out of the hotel and late despite being exactly on time. - the advertised WIFI didn't work at the time, but we didn't need it so it wasn't an issue - the welcome drinks are a bottle of water - again, not an issue for us and we really needed it considering the heat - I find it odd that a "luxury vehicle" (with a remote to change the colour of the cabin lighting!), doesn't have controls on the passenger side for the aircon / temperature. You have to ask the driver!! - the vehicle didn't look like the picture inside. The driver said it had only done 6 journeys, but this vehicle was shabby and poorly cleaned Despite requesting a refund, support have been extremely unhelpful and unresponsive with the last unanswered email sent two days ago.

Booked because of previous reviews, and it didn’t disappoint. Driver was waiting for us on arrival. Hadn’t told my early 20’s daughters (x2) about the VIP transfer. Had also booked a bottle of Prosecco. The vehicle was stunning. To say they were gobsmacked is an understatement. They felt like film stars! We had to change our return timings due to staying an extra day. Jimbo could not have been more helpful. 5*s all the way. Thank you and all the best for the future.

Great airport pick-up service. We faced flight delays, but we had been notified by jimbo-tour that we shouldn't worry: they will wait for us. They did it, and the trip was great. The driver was calm

Positive the driver was on time and friendly also helpful. The taxi was generally clean. Communication was excellent. Negative this was a nice taxi transfer with a monitor strapped to side of taxi to watch TV this most definitely was not a deluxe VIP transfer and the pictures advertising this service were misleading and definetly not what we got.

One of the worst experiences in my life. I do Not recommend it at all! The driver was supposed to arrive 6:15 am as agreed but he arrived earlier he arrived 6:05, so I told him that I will be down in 10 minutes which is 6:15, I came down and the driver was sitting and staring at me in a rude way without introducing himself as the driver, so I was looking around for him while he was staring at us, he then came and started shouting at my mother and I saying “what time?” twice. I think he meant that we are late but I already told him through the phone that I will be down in 10 minutes which is 6:15 as we agreed. First of all, it’s very rude to greet us in this way, second of all shouting is even more rude, no one has the right to shout at anyone else, third of all he started talking to porter from the hotel in Turkish and pointing at us which clearly shows that he’s talking about us, lastly, he was driving fast and even in the turns he wasn’t slowing down like he should. So I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone else since I experienced this bad experience. I would like to advise this company to make sure that the drivers they send are more professional and nice with the people that they are picking up or delivering since this driver was extremely rude in every way. This would definitely be my first and last time booking a “VIP airport transfer” through trip advisor due to this experience.

Ordered a bit of luxury for Sisters 70th birthday… Pick up on landing in Turkey not what was advertised. Older black van, interior worn, litter from previous occupants but driver did clear up. Drinks, Wi-Fi @ TV if wanted. Supposed to pay driver £50 for return. He was clueless. Had to rebook return which totalled £60.44 However the return was exactly as advertised. Comfortable & clean but did we have to pay an extra £10.44 for what we booked in first place??

Absolutely brilliant service, both drivers were spot on and hospitable. Both vehicles we had were very plush and well kept.

Great hospitality and friendly service. Picked up and dropped off in speedy fashion. Much better than a package coach transfer. Great value for money.

Nothing worked. Charger didn’t work and the plug did not work. They had a house phone which also didn’t work. Everything was broken including the curtains. No windows, the air conditioning hardly worked to the point I felt sick from the heat and no windows, I felt like a dead body in the back of the boot. I would not recommend. When I contacted the seller he said it was “VIP because it was a Mercedes and no refund”. Please do not purchase and just get a normal taxi.

Alex was amazing and picked us up from Dalaman and drove us to Marmaris is an amazing and luxurious transport. We was given drinks and had an amazing big tv to watch on our journey with WIFI in the car - perfect when travelling with kids. We did a return transfer and Alex was very friendly and arrived in good time to collect us. We also booked a boat trip with Jimbo tours and this was also brilliant and cheap with good food given with the trip. We are returning to Marmaris in September and will be using their service again! This was excellent and so much better than any coach travel me and my family loved this and the greeting was excellent even though our flight was delayed for 5 hours they were still there waiting for us amazing and the return was amazing too also great for last minute emergencys as well as my mother in law had to cut short her trip and they were stragight there for her at the click off a email brilliant high regards for this and recommend using thos service thank you jimbotours

Best transfer I've ever experienced. Very helpful and welcoming driver who drives really well and according to intention (which can normally be a problem in Turkey). Very clean and luxurious vehicle, with nice drinking. It's mega delicious and the price is really good. 10 stars from here

We were welcomed at the airport in Dalaman at the end of May by a very friendly driver who held a sign with our name in his hand at the airport exit. He put our luggage in a very luxuriously equipped van. The driving style of the driver was excellent. Arriving at the hotel he handed over our luggage directly to the hotel bell boy. We felt in very good hands. The service was all around Perfect. We also used this service for the return transport from Marmaris to Dalaman Airport. Thanks for the really perfect service.
