Prompt courteous service very clean and luxurious vehicle

Excellent service when we visited marmaris in october as a family of 4. Drivers were there on time and very pleasant. The driver even stopped at the office to change some pounds into lira for us. Will defo use again when we return in July.

Another great transfer from Dalaman airport and return. Drivers were friendly and professional. Highly recommend, thank you!

Totally unfair experience where I got stuck for almost 3 hours chatting with both Viator customer support and the activity provider while I actually needed to head to the airport. First of all, when booking through Viator, the system accepts the drop-off location which you will state and calculates the rate accordingly. However, the activity provider only contacted me after the free cancellation period had already passed, claiming that the drop-off location was “not stated” in the booking. Indeed, the confirmation only showed the flight number, not the actual drop-off point. Then the provider informed me that I had to pay an extra €30 for drop-off to Bodrum Airport, which was also confirmed by Viator support. I agreed to pay it because I had no other option at that stage, it was evening prior my morning pick up next day. On the day of pickup, instead of the advertised VIP Van, they sent a small mini SUV. The provider also didn’t pick up the call in the morning when I wanted to ask about wrong vehicle type was sent. Since this was an airport transfer, I didn’t have the luxury of finding another option last minute. The booking was non-refundable, and despite the clear downgrade in vehicle type, the provider refused even a partial refund. The driver himself was polite and professional. The car was clean, WiFi was available along with soft drink. I still paid the €30 directly to the driver because I do not believe this situation was his fault, and I’m sure poor management would probably deduct it from his salary otherwise. However, for the price paid - 120 $ plus 30 € you can easy find big comfortable Van with other providers in the area. Overall, this was a stressful, poorly organized, and overpriced experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this particular service provider.

I would like to thank Magia VIP for a great experience, we used them for our private transfer from dalman airport to Marmaris and back again. We had WiFi, drinks and the drivers were Very helpful, the communication via messenger was always good giving us plenty of information for everything we needed to know. We also booked a jeep safari with them and as a family we absolutely loved it, we will definitely book again and also next time more trips. Thanks again Magia VIP for a great time.

We have used Magia VIP Transfer a few times and they are always on time with clean vehicles offering WiFi, air conditioning and cold drinks. Their price is very competitive and staff are friendly.

Wow!!! What an amazing experience from start to Finnish. Such a nice team, clean vehicles, comfy, drinks, tv, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. 10000% recommend my two boys loved it. Very cheap also. Also asked for an earlier pick up and were happy to amend without hesitation. I will be using again

Highly recommend magia for your transportation and WiFi box hire. Excellent service and will definitely be using again Thank you

Magia VIP were recommended to me by a few friends, so I decided to reach out to book my transfer. The contact between Erhan and myself was flawless. Detailed Package Breakdowns, Clear Pricing and speedy replies. All of this led me to confirm my transfer with them. The timings were clear and they included a fabulous video to show me how to find their pick up desk. When we arrived, the driver was waiting at the terminal with a sign with my name on it, I felt so famous 😂. He escorted myself and my family down to the vehicle and loaded our luggage for us. The bus was SPOTLESSLY Clean. The LED Lights were amazing. A perfect ambience. The seats were so comfortable. The driver provided us with WiFi, turned on the air con and served us our cocktails, soft drinks and beers. He even set up YouTube for us to watch on the journey. Halfway through, he pulled over at a lovely little roadside eatery for us to stretch our legs and grab a bite to eat. It was a stunning little spot. Really great choice. When we arrived at the hotel, he offloaded our luggage and escorted us to the reception. The transfer to the airport after our two week holiday was just as flawless, the driver picked us up on time, loaded our luggage and dropped us right at the terminal building. He offloaded our luggage too and wished us a safe flight. This company are amazing and I highly recommend them. 10/10 5 star treatment.

We have used Magia many times and already used them twice this year already. The communication from beginning to end is spot on .The cars are luxurious with Air-con , wifi , Tv and soft drinks and an option to upgrade to cocktails. The drivers are always friendly, polite and professional . I highly recommend

We got picked up from dalaman airport arrivals, desk 27 the driver took our suitcases to the luxurious minibus full air-conditioning cold drinks and entertainment throughout the whole transfer it was very comfortable and halved our transfer time if we would have used a coach! 100% recommend this company to anyone who wants a quick comfortable transfer....will be using this company again to return back to the airport and for future holidays 😊

First Class Service!!! There is always doubts in your mind when you boo something through social media but I have to say from the moment I booked It was first class service all the way! They kept in touch giving you updates, the drivers were amazing very friendly, helpful and generally nice people. The cars themselves immaculate and if a really high standard. We also booked trips and they again went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. I recommend them to friends and they have all had the same experience. So don’t use a travel agents to book your transfers and trips use these guys! I promise you won’t be disappointed. Now to do it all again in September!!

An excellent first class service received from Magia VIP Transfer for both my arrival and departure from Dalaman, The drivers for both journeys were professional and extremely helpful. Both journeys were smooth and the transfers to and from Dalaman Airport were in great comfort. I will also be using them in August again for transfers from Antalya Airport. I would highly recommend Magia VIP Transfer.

5***** all day long. Been using this company for a long time now. Erhan and his team are just amazing. Nothing is ever too much and u feel like family with them all. I use transfers, day trips and this year went from antalya to marmaris in sheer luxury. I can't recommend Magia enough. Cars are so clean and stunning. Drinks available, wifi, air con, music ,tv the lott. Thanks for making our holidays that bit more special.

Very disappointed with my recent experience. I had booked a VIP airport transfer based on a previously positive experience from Erhan @ Magia when I booked to go D Maris Bay, but unfortunately, the service this time was far from what was promised. On the initial pickup, the wrong vehicle was sent — not what I had booked or paid for. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the return journey was just as bad, if not worse. Again, the vehicle provided was not the VIP model I specifically requested — it was outdated, broken loose table, the charger points didn’t work, uncomfortable, and clearly not what the company advertises. The level of service offered simply wasn’t delivered, and there was no proper communication or apology from the company. i had to chase them for my return pickup time. I expected a premium experience, but what I received was far from it. Sadly, after this, I won’t be using this service again and will be looking for a more reliable alternative in the future.

From getting off the plane the driver was waiting for us he was friendly took our cases and told us to take our time no rush we got in the transfer and it was amazing so comfortable we had welcome soft drinks and water there was a tv where we played music and our driver stopped half way so we could have a cigarette and stretch our legs I also hired a WiFi box from erhan but it was forgot in the transfer but he messaged me to say that we would pick it up on route as it was on the way an excellent service with no problems whatsoever will always use erhan as I can rely on him and of I ever have any issues he is always on whatsapp and gets back to me ASAP will never use anyone else he is tbe best in marmaris as far as I'm concerned 10 /10 everytime

Very professional and excellent communication and drivers. Easy to book, turned up early and will only use these now. Quality VIP vehicles with great tv and WiFi.

Fantastic 5 star service. Felt safe with the driver and they even provided car seat for my daughter. WiFi. Lots of tv and music options. Recommend to everyone!
