We booked our transfers through Jimmy. We stay at Marmaris park hotel. Even though our flight was delayed by 28hours the transfer was there waiting for us, really easy to find our driver, extremely kind and professional even though it was 3am! The transfer van was immaculate, good aircon, WiFi & tv if you wanted it. It was really comfy. Our driver was an excellent driver and got us to our hotel quick and safe. I would 100% recommend booking your transfers through through Jimmy . Excellent value for money & peace of mind.

We booked our private transfers both ways, boat trip and jeep safari with Jimmy and all I can say is how amazing they were not just booking the trips but also the fact Jimmy made time to check in with us afterwards to make sure they were ok and we had fun which of course we did 😀. Absolutely amazing holiday destination with family and friends. Made extra special by booking a few trips with Jimmy who is amazing 👏. We arrived at our UK airport to discover our flight was delayed by 45 mins. I contacted the transfer company immediately, so over 6 hours in advance of our arrival time. I was advised if the delay was over 1 hour there would be a £20 additional fee. I questioned this as nothing was mentioned about an additional fee when booking and I was giving plenty of notice. I was told the delay was “my problem”, I could either accept the £20 or cancel. (But by then I wasn’t entitled to any refund if I cancelled) I had given our flight arrival time on the booking, If a £20 delay fee was noted during the booking process I would have adjusted our pickup time. We hoped we’d be in time and rushed as best we could, we were just over an hour late. The driver was stood with a sign, he was polite (although limited English) and showed us to the vehicle. It was lovely, very comfortable, water waiting and a very smooth transfer. I assumed, wrongly, there was no extra charge. It was only at drop off, after I’d tipped the driver, he showed me a text message showing £20 was due. So although a pleasant transfer the company should be more transparent with additional charges.

2nd Year using Jimbo Tours for Airport and Hotel transfers booked through TripAdvisor. Excellent Service, Reliable and always on time.

First visit to Turkey so we were a bit cautious especially as the TUI transfer predicted at least 1 1/2 hours. Therefore we decided to book a taxi through airportstransfers.com. On our arrival we were met by Giyasi Aydogan who was extremely polite and welcoming and put us at ease. Although the travel time was more than likely quicker that the TUI transfer and Giyasi didn’t speak much English and we didn’t speak any Turkish we arrived safely at the resort and felt comfortable with Giyasi. We were given bottles af cold water and the AC was welcome after a long journey. We booked a sedan car but was met with a luxury people carried that was spotlessly clean complete with midnight sky effect led lighting. In summary, we would have no hesitation booking again especially Giyasi. Thank you again

Brilliant, met at the airport, easy to find.took our bags, drinks offered, WiFi, Tv. All comforts, great comfort. There and back. Would use again. Great value for money

I arranged this VIP transfer to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It couldn’t have gone easier. They’re waiting for you at the airport with your name and then take your luggage on board. Put you in there. Give you a drink and then you get to your hotel your arrive in style highly recommended.

Straight off the plane and into minibus for transfer, and comming back on the ball with pick up , first time using this service but will definetly recommend..

Booked transfer a week before departure. Booking was accepted. They then cancel on us 24 hours before. No explanation. No alternative offer . Nothing . Clearly, this company has got so big time , arrogant and has got its head so far up its own backside , that I guess this is the way they choose to treat customers . We’re all fodder and so attention to detail, or any form of customer service doesn’t even come into it. AVOID

Just an update on Toprak VIP Transfer. In total we booked 2 there and back trips and have to say everyone was impressed with the service. Definitely would book them again.

The service was excellent, had a driver waiting outside the airport with name on. Ready to whisk us away to the hotel. The ride was in a modern vehicle as described with the modern amenities and WiFi available. Made it a pleasant start to the holiday.

We used the VIP Private Deluxe Airport Transfer from Dalaman Airport to Marmaris and had a really great experience. From the moment we arrived, the driver was already waiting with a name sign, which made everything quick and stress-free after a long flight. The vehicle was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with plenty of space for our luggage. The driver was friendly and helpful, assisting with our bags and making us feel welcome straight away. The journey was smooth and direct with no unnecessary stops. A lovely bonus was that my daughter was able to watch Netflix on the TV during the transfer, which she absolutely loved and made her feel very special. It really helped keep her entertained for the journey. It was also so much better than getting on a coach transfer for hours after a long flight — being able to go to our accommodation in comfort made a huge difference. Overall, everything ran on time and communication was clear throughout. A very comfortable and reliable service that made our arrival and return much easier. I would happily recommend it to anyone travelling between Dalaman and Marmaris.

The interior of the vehicle was wonderful, the driver was very helpful, carried our luggage, offered us cold drinks and was very friendly. I chose this company after reading reviews online and I am really very satisfied and I recommend it to everyone.

We were a little sceptical at first, as it was our first time using a private transfer. Travelling with young children, the last thing I wanted after a 4-hour flight was to be crowded onto a bus for however long the transfer would take, so I decided to go private. We were met by our driver outside the terminal with our name on the board and a welcoming grin on his face. He took hold of two of our suitcases and led us to a clean car, handing us a cold drink before loading our luggage into the back of the vehicle. as advertised there was a tv in the back for the kids to watch a movie and plenty of room for us to sit in comfort for the journey, the car seat was ISOFIX fitted and in good condition for our youngest. The aircon worked perfectly, and we were given a WI-FI box so we could have access to the internet and scroll while the kids watched Toy Story 4. We arrived at our hotel, and I paid in full for our return journey, £110 (as advertised, no hidden fees or add-ons). On our return journey, I was contacted the day before via WhatsApp to confirm my pick up time, and to our surprise, it arrived 10 minutes early with the same driver with that same smile on his face, an elderly gentleman with wonderful customer service skills, despite his English not being the best, he made our experince one that we will always remember.

The driver was awaiting with our name card all as arranged. A comfortable Mercedes people carrier awaited, funky lighting and water supplied. Only reason not a 5 is that the closer we got to Marmaris, the roads got twisty but his speed maintained and I’m not bad passenger but I felt ready to get out at the end

This was one of our best transfers. The driver was waiting with our name on a sign upon leaving the terminal. Carried / rolled our bags to his van which was nicely appointed. He offered each of us bottles of chilled water. I (we) would highly recommend them

Had transfer booked weeks before holiday and confirmed a couple of days before travel. Jimmy kept us informed all the time. Driver was waiting at airport, very pleasant and helpful. Smooth journey to hotel in Marmaris, was offered drinks along the way. Nothing was too much trouble from booking to arriving at hotel. Have re booked for October as going back to Marmaris, and we know we will be looked after again. Recommended to friends who have already booked for Sept. Jimbo yours delivered exactly what the promised! We had our names held up upon exiting the airport. The VIP transfer had a fridge for cold drinks (needed if arriving in the day) TV, charging points and Wi-Fi. The kids absolutely loved the VIP experience and it was the perfect start of our holiday! The car is nothing like what was shown here. It is a standard car only. Our car also broke down on the way, and my seatbelt was jammed so had to sli out of it in order to get out the car.

The driver came on time to pick us up. He also contacted me when I landed whilst I was collecting my luggage to ensure fluid communication. The drive to the hotel was very calm and water bottles were provided alongside free wifi. We were also given the option to use Bluetooth to put our own music on. The driver also assisted us with food spots as we landed very close to midnight and helped us find a food spot which was open close to the hotel. He helped us with our bags upon entry and exit from the vehicle. Great service so we also booked the same company for our return transfer to the airport. Was seamlessly done without any problems. Will definitely be booking with them again when I return to Turkey!

Easy to spot at airport exit, nice clear sign. Friendly driver. The vehicle was amazing, comfortable, WiFi, TV and complimentary bottled water. 5-star and I would commend this we ice to anyone. I don’t know how they manage to do it for such a small price, we tipped very well as it was such great value and our driver had a hour and 30 minutes to our hotel.

Absolutely 1st class transfer with JimboTours from Dalaman to Icmeler . Very comfortable transport and had cold drinks such a water, eyes etc. On time both on collection from airport (2 hour delay) and return. Would definitely recommend and very reasonably priced.

I couldn't recommend this service enough. Booking was effortless and they arrived on time without any fuss. The car is comfortable. So comfortable I slept 80% of the journey. Really reasonably priced too. We went to Turunc not Marmaris and they were very accommodating. On the return journey I needed to go to the shops on the way back and the driver took us into the local town on the way. Lovely lovely service. Thank you
